Haben uns für ein Zimmer mit kleinen Balkon und . Blick mit innen Ansicht in den Dom entschieden. Sehr beeindruckendes Gebäude und Architektur. Alles wirklich sehr sauber und ordentlich. Zimmer ebenfalls sehr schön. Spa Bereich, Restaurants alles vorhanden. Shuttle service zum Casino und den umliegenden Angeboten direkt vorm Hotel zu nutzen.|Alles in allem sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Grosser Spa Bereich vorhanden. Diese Bauweise war neu für mich, sehr beeindruckend. Casino ist mit eine shuttle zu erreichen. Schöne Grünflächen außen. Nettes Personal. Schöne saubere Zimmer.

I've always loved the West Baden Springs Hotel! My mom, sister, and aunts visited to view the hotel's restoration process before it was even complete in 2007. My husband and I have been back many times since for day visits with our dog, who is always warmly welcomed. Knowing how much I liked the hotel, when I retired, my work place graciously gave me a gift certificate to stay there. ||We recently used the gift certificate for an overnight stay and had a great time (with our dog)! As we were nearly home to Indianapolis, I realized I had left my family heirloom (grandmother's) wedding ring in our hotel room. My heart sank, but I quickly called and was able to speak with Sarah in housekeeping, who said she would check the room immediately and get back with me. I was so relieved when she called back and said it was right where I had left it. She offered to carefully package it and that the hotel would mail it to me via FedEx. Angie and Roger at the concierge desk were also so patient and helpful to get it sent off. I received it today and am happily wearing it as I write this review. Thank you for going above and beyond to get my wedding ring back to me! As I said, I've always loved this hotel but now it is even more special after the care that was shown to me.

A wonderful experience. We had a great room. Our view of the dome was spectacular. The shuttle service and drivers were great. Check in was super easy. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the Museum with the history of the hotel too. What a treasure. Absolute A+.

Our stay at the West Baden Hotel was truly unforgettable. This stunning property is a hidden gem nestled in the beautiful Indiana landscape, offering an experience that perfectly balances historic charm and modern luxury. From the moment we stepped into the breathtaking dome atrium, we knew we were in for something special. The architecture is simply mesmerizing, showcasing a level of grandeur rarely seen, with every inch of the space beautifully preserved and thoughtfully maintained.

The grounds are immaculate, with lush landscaping that invites you to explore the serene outdoor spaces. The friendly staff ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

One of the highlights was the outstanding selection of amenities and activities. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were pristine, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the water. The variety of activities kept us entertained – from horseback riding and golf to archery, clay shooting, and hiking. There’s truly something for everyone, and it’s easy to stay active while enjoying the natural beauty around you.

Additionally, the hotel offers a convenient and free shuttle service, making it effortless to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. West Baden Hotel truly has it all – luxury, history, natural beauty, and a welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and indulgent getaway!

I love this hotel! I have stayed here a handful of times, and look forward to again. It’s a beautiful setting, with beautiful architecture, and an ambiance of leisure.
The resort amenities are great for the family, or a romantic weekend. My kids liked the pony rides and the football golf. The pools are great.
Restaurant recommendation: go to 1875 at the FL Hotel.

This was our 6+ stay at the hotel, and each has been excellent. This time we stayed at an outer room, which we would recommend for the view and quietness. Room are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Room is large and comfortable. Outdoor and indoor spaces are spectacular. Food service has been a challenge in past visits, but there was a notable improvement this time. The hotel is expensive, but there is no nickel and diming: plenty of free bottled water and free parking, for example.

“You can’t get there from here!” Once you’re there, you will enjoy the beauty of the place. The entry road is lined with trees that glow at night. Valet parking is free. Take advantage of it since you won’t need a car during your stay. Note that the hotel is a partners with the French Lick Resort and there is a shuttle that goes back and forth. To check in you pass through the atrium. It is magnificent and stops you in your tracks. Check in is easy. The desk is manned with professionals. The rooms are extremely well appointed, clean and modern. The views over the atrium are stunning. I recommend a room with a balcony. The restaurants are convenient, have great service and are reasonably priced. Take the shuttle for more restaurant choices. Prepare to relax. Don’t miss the 9:00pm light show. Walk the perimeter to see shops and a museum. Check out the spa, pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and peaceful. Every staff person we encountered was customer driven. We will return!
