Dr. Ho is very pleasant, nice, and open with her patients. However, the competence of her technicians is questionable. In fact, it’s frankly terrible. One technician in particular argued the spelling of my own name with me for five minutes before printing out my insurance information to decide. I mean the caucasity. Then, we had to do my glaucoma testing twice because she “forgot” I had contacts after I told her once before. It’s quite easy to tell which technician this is in contrast to her more professional and adept colleagues. I’d request the others to help you.
