Wow!! Truly the Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I wish I knew all the names to commend them. The valet guys, the courtesy driver, the lady at the front desk - all were a delight to interact with. Southern hospitality at its finest. Highly recommend ?

We evacuated from Tampa to Atlanta and stayed at the beautiful Waldorf Astoria in Atlanta. |Everyone at the hotel was helpful…Shod and Jonathan (valet and bellman were great) knowledgeable, and very helpful. |Cortez and all the people at the front desk area were so professional and rectified any small problems we had. |The location is perfect for us. |The beautifully appointed rooms are very well designed. Lots of space for clothes and bathroom toiletries. |We loved the delicious food in the dining room. |Thank you to everyone at the Hotel for making our situation more palatable. It is definitely my new go to hotel in Atlanta.

What saves the hotel is the service and restaurant and the rooms. Which it needs because the outside environment around the pool and on verandas is utterly wrecked by the loud air units, one that sits atop what must be the restaurant, and the other stuffed into a corner near the pool. They just ruin the effect of a lovely property. What the heck were the designers thinking?||But the rooms are very nicely put together and relatively quiet, with urban noises intruding now and again. Great bed and bathroom, which is what you want. The food at the restaurant is great, as is the service. But the whole hotel excels there. Not a single bad experience, or even a hint. Got help with Ubers and restaurants and even cheerfully with extra room keys when needed. Just really extraordinary service. If not, the grounds would just kill the place. Ownership better understand what great people they have, and how near just average their hotel stands.

Had a business conference at the Waldorf and greatly enjoyed the stay. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet even during hurricane Helene which passed through on my first evening. Every staff member I met was helpful, friendly and effective from bellmen, to front desk, to housekeeping to the banquet staff. Chanel in the spa came to my rescue when I discovered I’d left my hair brush at home and found a complimentary one in the spa. The banquet team did a wonderful job and went above and beyond when our group needed to cancel reservations offsite due to the hurricane. They quickly arranged a cocktail party and buffet dinner for us on two hours notice. We learned that a number worked overtime and stayed the night to support our group since weather conditions that night were so treacherous. Location was very convenient to mall and great restaurants in Buckhead. Bar was also great and they had a wonderful singer on my second night. Great hotel.

My husband, 9 month old and I stayed at the Waldorf for a weekend and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and very friendly staff. Our room had a crib, diaper pail and baby bath toiletries, which I thought were lovely touches! We will definitely stay here again.
My only note would be the restaurant and room service don’t open/begin until 7 AM. As parents who were up early with a baby (and early risers in general) I wish at least room service began earlier.

Let’s start with the arrival, it was very nice and professional from Hello to Good bye. The room was very nice and comfortable. Dinner Friday night was Amazing! Chief Keith made the Perfect Meal, the servers Cailey and her twin sister Jenny were outstanding. The bartender Ivan, provided amazing drinks! Mrs. Kay, checked to make sure everything was excellent at the end of Dinner! Chief Keith, is a real Diamond and was truly Impressive! Thank you to the Entire Staff, Sure to Return!

Do not come here if you don't like elite customer service! OMG! This place is amazing! I must start by shouting out the staff here. From the valet to the front desk to management, these folks went out of their way to make sure our hotel experience was one of a kind. We had to extend our stay due to a flight cancellation, and Jessie and his staff was able to flawlessly accommodate us. The rooms are spacious, exquisitely appointed, and CLEAN! Another nice touch was the valet staff charging my vehicle during our stay. Not having to plan a charge saved us so much time and allowed us to do a lot more during our stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and my wife and I will definitely be back very soon!
