This hotel was super dirty and run down. I booked for a week but had to leave only 4 days into my stay and go somewhere else because of all the issues that we encountered, and because me and my family were getting physically sick. The floors corridors and stairs hallway smelled really bad. The carpet on the floors and room had stains and even gum as you can see in the pics. There was dog hair on the carpet in my room. The floor was sticky and floor panels coming off! The AC had a moldy smell. The bathroom had someone's hair on the bathtub from a previous guest! The bathroom fan did not work. The TV was too old and picture was fading. The doors for the room and bathroom were beat up and needed a paint job or to be replaced altogether. The vanity shelf in the bathroom was all rusty. The initial sheets and towels that they gave us in the room were not clean, and one of the towels had a really disgusting smell that even the manager refused to smell when I tried to show her! I guess she knew because it must have happened before!!

They gave us an initial room when we arrived that had many more problems, and then a second room which was better but had other problems. The problems that I mentioned here are with the second (better) room.

The management acknowledged all issues and mentioned that the property had not been maintained for 1 whole year!! I honestly don't know how they can still be in business!

They refused to give us a refund for the remaining 3 days that we did not stay there despite our early departure being caused by the issues that we encountered at their hotel. I had booked my reservation a month in advance!

Will never go back there again nor to any uptown suites hotel in the future.

Sometimes, people have bad experience on something, or damage properties and claim bad service.

Im saying this because u have been in different rooms at this hotel and never seen and is clean and well maintained.

Remember it an extend stay hotel, and guests behave differently, even if you put in all doors and roof that you can not smoke, there will be someone smoking and not respecting any rules and people that don’t take care of their on staff just to start.

I dint believe if you find a room not in hood conditions you just jump to another hotel instead of notify them to find a solution.

This is don’t care era. ?

My room had to undergo pest control so I left a day early without refund because I didn't want to deal with it. The wi-fi was terrible. I also needed to call in and give them my device's IP addresses to connect. The actual room was great and clean though

Wish I could do 0 stars for this place. There was a bomb threat on hotel. Had to evacuate with my 5 month old son. There are roaches in the room . The rooms do not lock so anyone can come in at any time. Their solution is they have cameras so our stuff should be fine. Made them aware of these issues & had to keep reminding them 2-3 days after to come fix after saying maintenance will be here within the hour. No one at desk 24 hours that’s a lie & apparently their manager is the only one can provide solutions so couldn’t leave my room until door lock was fixed. It never got fixed. Paid for 7 days , could only make it through 3. Asked for refund. No progress yet. Worker insinuated the bugs were my problem & continued with insults instead of facing reality that the hotel is indeed dirty & infested.

I'm so super happy I came across this extended stay!! I've been here for a month now and it has been nothing but amazing!! Ernesto at the front desk is super wonderful!! Helped me with everything and anything I needed, and super fast as well!! I highly recommend this place to everyone!! He really keeps up with everything.

I really enjoyed my 10 day stay at Uptown Suites. The rooms are clean and modern, perfect for working remote. The staff was nice and helpful with questions and needs. I like to cook my own food so it was nice having a two burner stove. You do need to have your own kitchen utensils but I knew that before arriving so I was prepared.

The location is GREAT. Everything that you could possibly need is within a 10 minute drive from the hotel. There is also some green space in the back of the building and a nice walkable area, making it very dog friendly.

I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.
