The hotel has great potential. There are some really good aspects, but those were offset by problems.

The hotel seemed look like a great hotel, if one wants to golf.

The major problem were multiple False fire alarms, and when we complained to the be staff, they gave us really sarcastic answers. We were in the sauna when the first alarm went off, and were forced to wait outside in freezing weather, but in the lobby nobody was asked to leave. Two days later, admirer False alarm, during breakfast.

When we complained to the staff about multiple false fire alarms, and people being b forced to stand wet out in freezing water at night, the staff have us sarcastic responses. A simple sorry would've suffced, but that was too much.

Heavily pregnant and we just got married. They put us in a room facing a brick wall, next to the elevator. We asked to move.

Also, they charge hotel guests for using the hotel parking.

No one asked us ‘how was your stay’ when leaving.

Distinctly average, wouldn’t necessarily come back.

Everything was great! The family room was spacious and great for our family.|We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. The bar was friendly and open!|Places to sit everywhere.|Restaurant offered a wide selection of food and it was all very tastey.

Went there as part of a group and the event was well organised, also because they selected this wonderful hotel. The room was clean, and you get a good nights' sleep. Breakfast was very impressive and we ate there a few times, always treating ourselves to high quality food. The staff are simply wonderful., helpful and cordial. The surrounding gold course is also wonderful.

I visited the hotel while attending a business seminar, and I must say it has everything you need for a comfortable and productive business stay. The delicious snacks provided during the breaks between meetings were a highlight. Over three evenings, I dined in the hotel restaurant, where I enjoyed tasty meals with excellent service. On two other nights, I ordered food from outside, and the friendly hotel staff kindly delivered it to my room. The hotel has a lively atmosphere, and I particularly enjoyed trying the excellent gin and tonics or beer in the vibrant bar, depending on the evening.

If someone likes to play Golf, this hotel is perfect. The location is a bit far from the city centre. breakfast is good, swimming pool, car park.

It was such a great time. We had a meeting at the banquet which is also part of the restaurant. Golf practice is also fun which you can do only if you don't mind a long walk. The swimming pool has an awesome and good vibe. The breakfast was okay but can add more options to choose from. The room was nice and spacious. It was relaxing but there is only one small table fan in the room for summer days and no A/C. So make sure you plan accordingly. Overall it was a mesmerizing experience.
