Decent budget hotel ta nagpur , near by from airport, friendly staff, clean nad specious room with balcony, located ta new Manish nagar, easy to go at mihan , aims hospital and IIM nagpur,sado have a work in mihan only. Breakfast was delicious.overall it's nice nad comfortable stay.i alwyas preferred treebo properties, will visit again here.

Our booking was from Agoda and it was accepted from Treebo as well.
But the property caretaker took a walk in . When we reached he was drunk(Struggling to talk and move ) and claimed our booking was an overbooking. But when i talked with the Treebo customer executive he mentioned they have confirmed our booking. It was 10.45 PM.
Treebo executive told us to wait for 10 mins and will check for place at other treebo hotels but the call never came. Eventually we checked into another hotel after midnight.
Cherry on the top no refund for us because they are says it's a no show. It's a joke. Here is the reply i got when i tried for refund.
"Cancellation and Change Policy: Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy)."
May be the rooms are good but person taking care of it and owner , are not a person of character .
Till now Treebo were good this is the first time we had a bad experience.

It was superb peaceful stay at Treebo trend AK Residency.||Rooms are neat and clean with 24/7 service by staff. Staff was very cooperative as I had a late check in. ||||Even breakfast quality was amazing with loud service and arrangement by hotel.||||I would love to visit Nagpur next time.||#Acchahuatreebokiya :)☺️||||Thank you Treebo and their team for Amazing sevice !!!!

Best service and very well maintained clean property, definitely gonna visit again if in Nagpur in future. Staff is well behaved and very quick service. Complimentary breakfast was again surprising and good food options in breakfast.

Rooms need maintenance and the location is very far from main road and no proper road till the residency. But the staff cooperation and behavior was 5 star.

Treebo Trend AK Residency, is located nearby from airport, Hotel is nice, clean and hygienic, staff is helpful, breakfast was tasty.silent zone property no traffic sounds like to visit regularly.Nikhil - FDM,was very helpful at hotel.

Decent place for stay at an economical price of Rs 1000 per night. However, the location is still underdeveloped. I would have given 5 stars if the location was developed.

Excellent property for stay.An away from city peaceful feel with less air and sound pollution and free natural air. Very near from airport. Very hygienic and clean rooms for stay.
