Dr. Ho-Ellsworth and the staff (Sierra and Brian) were absolutely amazing. I haven’t needed pain meds since day three, and I’m not even a week post-op but already fighting the urge to work out! They truly set the standard for care—they’re like the Chick-fil-A of podiatry in Austin. Sierra was incredibly hospitable and attentive, while Brian’s preparedness made the entire surgery process seamless. Dr. Ho-Ellsworth is, without a doubt, the GOAT, and she has the right team supporting her practice.

I had seen Dr. Ho-Ellsworth before at another location. Her associates made everything pleasant from my phone call for the appointment to billing questions that were answered
by Brandon. He checked and had all the correct up dated information for me since my insurance had changed.
When I arrived for my appointment the office staff were very helpful with the forms. I was seen on time, no waiting.
Dr. Ho-Ellsworth took her time to explain the x-rays and our next steps to feeling better. If you'd like an personable Dr. then this is the right office for you. I highly recommend Dr. Ho-Ellsworth for any foot or ankle issues.

Thuy and her team go above and beyond!! 10/10 recommend!! So knowledgeable and truly took the time and patience to instruct my 13 year old proper foot care ( from stretches he needs to be doing, to the exact types of shoes he needs and even custom fit him for Orthotic insoles) I’m SO glad we came and because of her expertise has probably saved us from a future foot surgery! We love you guys! Thankyou for taking such good care of us!

Dr. Ho-Ellsworth is remarkable! I had a minor fracture in my foot and she brought me in quickly to find the solution to my pain and made sure I left her office feeling better. She's committed to all of her patients and treats everyone as a friend. Her office is run by incredibly friendly and kind staff that are committed to the work they do, and you can tell she treats her staff like family (if they aren't actually her family). She has the most advanced x-ray I've ever seen and prescribed me regular laser treatments that reduced my pain immediately and significantly. She was willing to give me a realistic timeline for healing, explained thoroughly what happened and how to heal most effectively, and after my foot was healed I left with custom orthotics that have reduced my back pain, improved my gait and feel so great. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Ho and staff are fabulous! I went to another doctors office 3 different times within 3 months. I got no diagnosis from pain in my heel or treatment plan. Dr. Ho was recommended by 2 separate people so I made an appointment quickly!
Dr. Ho was very thorough and she was able to diagnose my injury right away and even started relief treatment in the same visit! If you’re in pain, do not hesitate to call and make an appointment! Five Stars!!

I needed to have a very small sliver of glass removed from my foot that had been missed when I originally went to urgent care. The whole team was very friendly and professional. Dr. Ho-Ellsworth managed to find and remove the glass in record time, and she did it so skillfully that I did not even need my foot to be numbed (which she would have done if I had been in any pain). It healed very quickly with no problems. I was prepared for the procedure to be much more painful and invasive, so I was very pleased and impressed. I would definitely recommend this practice.

The whole team at Align is extremely helpful and friendly. They got me in right away for my shattered big toe. Some other surgeons were trying to do emergency surgery on it, but Dr. Ho-Ellsworth has taken the time to work on the break and trying to take measures to help my toe heal without surgery. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to questions! Her bedside manner is amazing and she even checked on me after she reset my toe. When I was walking in to her clinic, I heard some of her other patients telling me they follow her wherever she goes because she’s amazing at patient care. As a pharmacist and now a toe fracture sufferer, I HIGHLY recommend Align foot specialist for your care!
