Altes Hotel , renovierungsbedürftig ||Personal war teilweise freundlich, teilweise nicht. ||Frühstück war okay, aber auch nichts besonderes. ||Die Lage ist sehr gut, nicht weit zum Skigebiet und nicht weit zur Hauptstraße wo alle Kneipen sind.

Love staying at The Village. Ski-in, ski-out, one block off Main St. in the heart of downtown. Parked car and walked all week.
Room was very clean and nicely decorated. We booked through Vail Properties, and had great service from the staff/front desk.
Spent a lot of time in community room/hot tub area. We’ll be back.

The location is just perfect if you want to ski, as the lift is literally next door. It is also a 2 minute walk away from Main St with its many shopping/dinning options.|The overall hotel is in ok shape. They were painting and doing some other work in the lobby during the 5 days we stayed there, so there was always fresh paint smell. I believe they also had some sort of leak one day, so there was a very bad smell in the lobby until they fixed it.|We booked through Expedia, so I am not sure which company or owner our room belonged to. The room had a spectacular view of the mountains. However, it was a bit dated and the furniture could definitely use some renovations, but we didn't have any issues.|I wish they had told us ahead of time that you had to pay to get your room cleaned|The phone app they use instead of a physical card/key is SO frustrating. It logged us out multiple times, had issues accessing our room, elevator and facilities constantly. We had to go to the lobby so we could get assistance.|Overall even with those issues, I would probably consider returning, except for the fact that we experienced the WORST customer service of our lives from the lady at the front desk who literally yelled at my wife and threatened to call security when she went to ask for help as the app to enter the room was not working. The lady insisted that we had checked out from the hotel (we had 3 days left) and when my wife showed her our reservation, she yelled (again) that the system had an issue and that she had to go back to the room and try again. When my wife asked if she needed to make the line at the lobby again (she had to wait 10 minutes as the lady was helping another guest), she yelled at my wife once again and told her that she had to make the line again.|My wife's cousin asked for her name as she was being very rude and she yelled at him and threatened them that she would call security.|After finding out what happened, I tried to get in contact with a Manager and talked to another guy in the front desk who told me he was the shift Manager. I told him what had happened and he apologized and said he would make it right.|When I tried to talk to the lady to tell her that what she had done was wrong and that she owed my wife an apology, she yelled at me and made me lose my temper. She also threatened to call security.|The next day I talked to the shift manager again who was very upset with me and told me that I shouldn't had talked to her employee and that it was wrong for me to lose my temper with her and talk to her directly after he told me he would take care of the situation and would call me later that night. I agree that I shouldn't have lost my temper with the lady, but I was really upset at that point and could not tolerate a customer service person to humilliate and yell at my wife in a very rude way when all she needed was help to enter our room.|The story ended when the lady from the front desk called my wife on the phone and apologized. But at that point, all we wanted was to get out of there ASAP. We would not recommend to stay here unless you are ok being treated in a very rude way.

I liked the environment of this resort but I’m not gonna lie the service was so incredibly rude. I have no clue what her name was but she’s blonde and always wearing a pony tail and I over hear her conversations and she is so disrespectful and acts annoyed when someone ask a simple question. I will say the hot tub was very nice but annoying kids and creepy adults everywhere.. gaming room was fun but the employees there don’t really seem to be happy and overworked. Gym smelled terrible like something was molding. The WiFi was okay enough to search things up but not enough to watch movies. My favorite thing about the resort is that it’s so close to town, it’s very convenient. Also it is incredibly dirty in the lobby. They sometimes bring out a popcorn and hotcoco machine and they both get trashed in maybe 30 mins. Popcorn tasted like throw up and hotcoco was basically just water .Overall it was okay I will probably be staying here again but hopefully the employees change imo. I stayed for 4 days and left 2 days ago so maybe stuff changed but I doubt it.

I stayed at Kent’s condo and it was perfect. The king mattress was super comfy. The access to streaming services was an additional perk. The place was spotless and it looked newly renovated. The location is perfect walking distance to Main Street, while being a ski in ski out for winter activities. Easy access to the garage and room with an electronic key made my weekend simple.

Stayed in condo 3204 wetterhorn. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room easliy accomodates the 8 that is shown. We are family of five and had plenty of room for more. Condo is very well kept. Had all the necessities. Very clean, one of the cleanest condos I have ever stayed in. Overall resort is very nice. Plenty of amenities on site. Location is excellent. Walk out your back door for the slopes and very close proximity to downtown for food and shopping.

We’ve stayed here five times before and never had issues, but this visit has been a nightmare and we are only 4 hours in here. We booked a Premier 2-bedroom apartment for six people, expecting space and comfort, but instead received a unit with two queen beds that barely accommodate two people each. Other families traveling with us, with fewer people (3-4 per room), received larger rooms with 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, despite paying $1,000 less than we did.
When we raised this with the staff, they were unhelpful. The manager was especially rude and dismissive, offering no solutions. To make matters worse, we received a $200 parking ticket because the designated lot was full, and we were told to park elsewhere, only to be penalized for it.
The final straw: we sent our bags to our room with the bell service (who were very polite), only for the manager, Christian, to reroute them to another room for no reason. Now, two hours later, we have no idea where our bags are. Why would this even happen? We didn’t ask Christian to reroute them, why would he do that? And why do they have our bags for 2 hours now? That is beyond weird.
We made this reservation months ago (back in February), expecting a seamless experience for a well-planned family trip. Instead, we’re now forced to pay for an additional hotel room so no one has to sleep on the floor. This trip has become unnecessarily stressful and far more expensive than anticipated. We paid for something that wasn’t delivered to us. WHERE IS THE PREMIER ROOM? I guess the regular room you only have matters.
We’ve always loved staying here, but this experience has ruined our trust in this property.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Kent's 4604 unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the booking process seamless and stress-free. Kent went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot!
