Stayed here over Thanksgiving (Wednesday and Thursday nights) . The clerk was friendly and very helpful upon check in. The room was clean, quiet, and cozy. It located in a convenient location right off the interstate highway. You would be hard pressed to beat the rates for the room. There are several places to eat from fast food to sit down restaurants.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again... you can’t go wrong with this place. The owners are awesome. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Truck parking is spacious. When I’m anywhere close this is my go to place.|There have been some bad reviews but I can’t help but think they were fabricated. The owners, and staff are amazing.

I have stayed at this motel a lot over the years. I have watched the many upgrades and remodeling they have done to this motel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. I have never seen any bugs in the many times Ive stayed here. The staff is friendly and nice. The management Kal and Prea do a fantastic job of managing this motel. Marie at the front desk is always there with a smile to great you and does a great job. The important things I need when I stay at a motel is a clean room, a comfortable bed, no bugs, and a nice hot shower.. they have all of those!

A quiet motel a bit off the main road so there's not as much highway noise. The room was clean, organized, and cozy, and the bathroom especially looked like it has been tidied up that morning. Special keycards are used for the doors, so you can't get in unless you have that specific keycard. My only complaint is the doors themselves are very thin; you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on outside. There was a family with young kids unloading their bags loudly right next to our door, and the kids (who clearly had been in the car for too long) were burning off energy in the parking lot.

Not necessarily anything the motel managers had any control over, but its worth noting the room doors leading outside don't keep the outside noise out.

Marie was very nice at check in. Upon arriving at the room I wasn't sure how to turn on the air conditioning. One call to her at the desk and she told me to adjust the temp on the wall not the unit. Worked perfectly after that. Breakfast was great! Fresh made waffles , yogurt, juice , coffee and oatmeal or cereal as well as bread and mini cinnamon rolls. Room was adequate and TV had an abundance of channels. Stayed 2 nights. Right off Rt 81 easy to find. Reasonable rates so I will stay again if I need to come back to the area.

I was first impressed by how exceptionally clean this hotel was, from the lobby to the rooms.

We came to Greencastle for a brief day and found ourselves having to check into a hotel for the night.

Of everything that happened to us in our two days and one night staying in the area (most which left us with a desire to never return) staying here was the highlight.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and it's clear they all work hard to keep the hotel looking nice.

I even got henna on my hand after being offered by the kind woman running the lobby counter. They made us feel lile family.

Be advised, the beds are extra firm, which I normally don't gravitate towards, but my back felt better than it has in a while, so I have no complaints.

I recommend staying here if you want a place that feels a bit like home. It was what we really needed and I can't express how much we appreciated it.

EDIT: someone-I’m guessing the manager, his name is Kal I think, can’t really understand him on the phone-has called me TWICE this morning-Fri. Aug. 30th-for no reason other than to talk trash to me-the first time was bc of me wanting my $60 back and being upset about it, during that conversation he told me to “shut the f**k up,” among other things-really professional, Kal?that call came about two hours ago. The second call just happened-he’s angry bc he saw this review. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!||||DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! They’ll tell you they’re “authorizing your card for incidentals” but will actually charge your card instead. After they charge your card, they’ll send you to a room that already has someone else in it. When you finally get into a room without someone in it, you’ll quickly find that the rooms are old and gross, the shower barely has any water pressure, the mattresses seem to have been there since the 80’s, there are bugs all over the place, it smells like something died when you turn on the AC and the sheets smell even worse. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Stay anywhere else-you’re not safe at this hotel.||||Did I mention how badly the front desk clerks wreak of body odor? Stay literally anywhere else.

I didnt stay here: I tried to get a room for three (3) days , Spoke to a foreign lady who answered phone. I asked if they allow pets, yes was the answer. She gave me a price over what is advertised. I asked why and she said its $15. per day per dog. This is not advertised anywhere on their site and when I said no to the up sell she immediatly said ok I do for one time $15.00 Now that is a bait and switch or something Be careful when making a reservation the location is the super 8 near chambersburg penna.
