ROACHES!!! Went downstairs for breakfast and saw roaches crawling around the waffle machines. Luckily I saw that before I ate and just threw the plate away. The place looks nice when you walk in but once u get the floors very old and dirty looking. The rooms were not too bad but there was no hot water just warm. Was so shocked because I didn’t see any bad reviews before reserving my room.

Big hotel with big disappointment. Tv was broke and kept calling the front desk no one answered. Shower head was clogged. Water was either too hot or too cold. Breakfast was disaster. Coffee jug was empty no hot water for tea juice machines was broke. No banana or little jams. Just bacon and eggs. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the sheets were clean.

This hotel has been perfect for my stay , the manager Linda has taken great care of me. The rooms are very comfortable great weekly rate for what the hotel has to offer. Great for people working in the eden,robert lee and big lake area, it also has a lot of restaurants nearby and overall all great customer service. Id definitely recommend this hotel 100%

Fue muy buena experiencia en general. Por el precio y la ubicación, tienes una habitación grande, con cocineta y refrigerador. El baño limpio, la cafetera no funcionó bien, pero había café en el lobby. No hubo insectos. Por fuera no es tan atractivo, las habitaciones les falta un poco más de luz, pero en general estuvo bien. El desayuno era con huevos, y frutas y eso se agradece
La ubicación es espectacular, para caminar en San Angelo y apreciar este pueblito sencillo y acogedor. Hay tienditas muy agradables, casas antiguas y un parque que tiene vista al Río Concho por eso la ubicación es excelente.

First I want to say Ms. Amy was a life saver. We first went to Woodspring hotel which was nasty. We called Suburban Studies and Ms Amy was the best. Not only did she greet us and give us a room during one of the largest rodeos but she gave us a fantastic rate and made our days. We arrived, we were greeted by Ms. Amy and she gave us great ideas where to eat.|The next day we had the opportunity to meet Trinity and Mary. They made our stay just as memorable as Ms Amy. |We highly suggest this is the place to be. It’s an older hotel but is is very clean. Housekeeping is very pleasant. |David and I highly suggest this is the place to stay. The breakfast is wonderful. Make the best omelettes. |Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here.

The staff was some of the best! I work in the hotel industry so, the reviews scared me! However, in my personal stay we never experienced any of bad! The staff the environment and the establishment seemed to be beyond expectation. Their little market wasn’t to expensive either! Hot tub and pool were packed but, that’s not fault of the hotel!

Made a reservation on Priceline for 2 nights paid on Priceline. Then the next morning I get charged another $145 went and spoke with lady at desk she refunded it. So I then locked my card to make sure it didn’t happen again. After first 2 nights I decided I would book another two nights via Priceline. After 3 I came in to check in, they asked if my previous room was good, I said yes, so they gave me the same room again. I go the room the beds were not made, trash not taken out no clean towels ,room had not been touched. Front desk bought me towels and soap and I placed trash and dirty towels outside my door and she took those. She offered to make bed, but I already made it myself. So at 3am my card is attempted to be hit for $198 by the hotel of course card still locked. Went to desk they said they changed it to cash, shouldn’t have any more issues. Then at 11 another attempt at $55. At that point I had enough gathered my things and went down stairs and asked for a refund for the night I still had left and went else where. If you stay here pay cash otherwise they will steadily try and hit your card for no reason.

Best place in Angelo to stay, especially after the remodel. Staff is always super nice and the have a bad a** bar! Lila is always there to take care of everyone including the staff!
