I merely came to leave some really large cosplays so that I could return later and change at my friends hotel room, but I stayed and talked to them for a number of hours till 6:00 am. When I left I accidentally still had their card in my pocket, that I received at the convention to leave my stuff behind and forgot I had it. My wallet was also left behind so I returned to leave the card and grab my wallet. The employee at the front desk did not allow me to return to the room and started interrogating me. I proceeded to tell him why I returned and he didn't like it. So I had to call my friends, who I assumed fell asleep. I offered to leave my phone and go retrieve my items, but he did not want that. He then proceeded to lie to my face and tell me that it's illegal to have 3 people in a room with a single bed. Which is not true at all. Anyways I dialed my friend awake and she had to come down to give me my items. I've never had this issue before with hotel staff. I will now actively discourage anyone from staying at the hotel and to never support stillwell. I have never had this issue before until today

DO NOT BOOK this hotel. It is 100% a complete scam. They stole over $400. I booked a room, and confirmed on a recorded line that the reservation was fully refundable within 48 hours of check in. Not only that, but I also purchased refund protection for $20. Just a couple days later I requested a refund due to travel plans changing and they approved the refund and sent me writing confirmation via email. They never sent me the money, they never replied to additional questions, they fought my credit card company, and refuse to answer any calls about the issue despite me having the refund confirmation in writing from their support team. Avoid this at all costs ya'll - it's a total scam.

First time staying here, 3 nights. The good things- The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Towels were nice; clean and white.
Not so good? The AC was needed, even at night with the window open and outside temps 60’s- 70’s. And it’s loud. Trying to work comfortably was difficult. The desk chair was HARD, and there’s no lighting at the desk. There’s one lamp in the room, and the front desk could not provide any other lighting because every room in the place was booked.
There are two elevators, and a safety inspection is two years overdue.
If you can live with the limitations, the price is right and the area feels safe for walking.

To say bad like nothing to say. Everything in the room still same age as building and falling apart. Hotel doesn't have own parking lot. Shower wasn't working. Poor quality for money you pay, AVOID !!!

Guy who checked us in wouldn’t let us check in early and made us pay for another night. Bed was firm like a rock and room was filthy. Brown water was coming out of the shower also

Obsluha byla milá. Postel byla velmi pohodlná. Bohužel pokoj zapáchal. Je potřeba vyměnit koberec, závěsy a deky na posteli.

Really old historic building super super convenient Ralph’s CVS. Crypto Arena all nearby. Great staff kind and friendly definitely a no-frills hotel.It’s old but you can tell they try to keep it up -anywhere else in the area you’re gonna spend about $400 and up on a room because it’s right by the venues. I highly recommended if you don’t want to splurge on the Marriott or Indigo..There’s a bar and restaurant in the building and Security on site at night
