Das Hotel war ein allgemein gesehen gutes Hotel in einer für mich tollen Lage, da es nur wenige Minuten entfernt von meinem Geschäftstermin war.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war top, Frühstück und das inkludierte Abendessen montags bis mittwochs ok.

Alledings sind die Plastikteller und Pappbecher schon einen kleinen Abzug wert.

Amazing hotel. So almost 3 months ago we had to evacuate our house from a great fire from the forests in our home, to go to the hotel from my old home, to stay here for almost a week. We brought our pets to the hotel. The rooms were great. The service was nice. The food and breakfast was tasty. In our rooms, we had to make ourselves lunch that we brought from the nearby store, Trader Joe’s, or go to restaurants nearby. Overall, nice hotel!

Cockroaches!! Stayed at this hotel (room 303) for a family wedding at the end of October 2024. Checked in at 2:30AM 10-26-24. Left in the morning to attend family events. Returned to the hotel in the evening and saw several cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen. We were offered room 105 (I think that was the room number) which was dirty (dripping liquid on a few walls, the room clearly was not vacuumed, and there was a dirty black sock on the floor next to the bed). We left to stay elsewhere. We were supposed to check out on 10-28-24. Sally Reynolds (Director of Sales) and the manager whose name I don't recall gave me a "refund" for the last night (we were at another hotel), a ridiculously inadequate $100 discount for 10-27-24 (because we left in the evening to stay elsewhere), and did not refund a penny for staying there with the cockroaches on 10-26-24. One of my family members even saw a cockroach run out of her suitcase at the new hotel (her suitcase had been on the floor at Staybridge). You have been warned!!

Excellent! Walking distance to Dos Lagos Shopping center. Staff were all really friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and modern. It was nice to have a mini kitchen with full size refrigerator in the room.

I would stay in Stay Bridge Suites again and again. The hotel is not only beautiful and neat, the customer service is outstanding. The workers are friendly, nice and very helpful. I was impressed with the way Mr. Walter M. handled an issue I had while in Stay Bridge Suites recently. He remained calm and patient with me until he professionally resolved the issue. I will recommend this hotel. You can trust them to take care of you and your belongings.

We were able to check in early due to a early arriving flight. People who work here are incredibly nice. Everything here impressed me which is not easy to do. Thank you so much for accommodating all of our needs. I love this place and we'll come back again.

Rooms are clean and come with expected amenities. Breakfast is pretty basic. For some reason this hotel charges 10$ per night for an unsecured parking (!!). Overall, I don't think it's with the price.

First time staying at this hotel. The road we took in didn’t look promising but the area opened up to newer buildings. Staff at reception was pleasant and answered my questions. Beds were comfortable; we also used the fold out bed in the living area which was said to be okay but we had to go get the bedding at the front desk. The kitchen is small and laid out in such a way that only one person fits in there. The utensils, pots/pans, cutting boards, etc were sparse or nonexistent. I was told later that we might be able to retrieve some of the missing items at the front desk but we made do. The area for eating had two chairs and the room holds up to six people! We sat by the pool which is lovely. The free breakfast buffet in the lobby is well laid out with plenty of options including hot items and fresh fruit. Parking was easy and the area seemed safe. Think we shall give this place another shot when we return to this area.
