The staff was very nice to us, even though we came very spontaneously at around 10 pm. Finding the entrance was a little challenge at first but only because we turned into the parkinglot of the Burger King underneath. The parkinglot of the hotel itself is a bit small and good parkingskills are required for turning into a spot. The location of the entrance isnt the best, but the hotel is situated in a good area for travelling from or into the city of Heilbronn.
The staff was very understanding and helpful, even in that late hours where as other hotels arnt staffed at all.
The rooms are surprisingly cheap, especially for the amount of amenities included. A minifridge, TV and kettle for free use as well as free water, a small tea-sortiment and instant coffee inside the rooms.
If the AC isnt sufficient enough there is also a ventilator in the room.
The bathrooms are very spacious and the rooms in general were very clean and comfortable. Only downside is that the design is straight out of the late 80s to the 90s but also not so overly exessive that it would be disturbing.
The next day we departed again. Checkout was fast and easy and the staff offered us a coffee to go, since breakfast is already included.

Highly reccomended for travelers or people on businesstrips, as well as people that like a bit of retro-style accommodations.

We stayed just one night in this hotel, on our way to Luxembourg. But it was just what we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. And the breakfast was worth all the money! We lingered the in breakfast salon for approx. 1 hour. The food was nice and the atmosphere quiet and pleasant. I totally recommend it.

The room was large and comfortable, and we were weary travelers. It was an easy walk to the central areas of town but still provided ample parking. People were really nice. And it was attached to a Burger King and across from a grocery.

I booked this on the strength of TA reviews but was disappointed to find it on a main road and with a Burger King Drive-in next door. The free parking is up a ramp and is shared with this and also with the supermarket below. Reception and breakfast rooms are both on the first floor and the bedrooms are above that. We had a small basic room with air-con and tv, with tissues and liquid soap in the shower room. The towels were thin and rather old. It was a short walk into town where there are plenty of places to eat. Breakfast, given the rather basic hotel, was surprisingly good with fruit of various kinds, cereals, pastries, Actimel, hams, cheese, boiled eggs and a tea/coffee machine; the price was 9Euros.||However, what makes me mark it down was the security aspect. Although there are security cameras directed at the lifts and corridors, we saw nothing at either the front or the back entrances which means that anyone can gain access to hotel lift and corridors. If I were a single traveller, I would not feel comfortable with this.
