Terrific! My daughter and myself stay at this hotel for business events in the area. It is very close to the airport and one of best locations to get on and off the freeway. The property is well taken care of and the rooms and facilities are very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We often arrive at the hotel in the late hours of the evening and would like to give a special shout-out to Matthew who has helped us on many occasions. He is very courteous, fast, and efficient. The cleaning staff is also very good. The breakfast is hot and well prepared in the morning. This is our first choice hotel when flying into ONT.

Decent hotel, nicely maintained. The lady at the front desk was a delight especially after wading our way through LA traffic to get here. She pointed out a nearby restaurant that was walkable instead of driving some more.

The rooms were nice (no bathtubs available - but pretty common nowadays). Bed was very comfortable, microwave, mini fridge/freezer and pull out couch/day bed(?) provided. Larger room with a desk/mini partition separating the king size bed from the pull out couch/day bed thing.

Continental breakfast was decent. Eggs, flat sausage, yogurt (gone very quickly), make your own waffles, oatmeal, plain bagels with cream cheese and some actually really delicious bread I made a breakfast sandwich out of. They also had lots of random salsa, presumably for the eggs but lacked hot sauce options and ketchup was a singular, basically empty bottle.

Staff were sweet and and pleasant.

However, they charged me twice for the $12 parking and there is a random charge for $15 so make sure to check your credit card with your check out bill for random charges.

Not the best Marriott off shoot I've stayed at but by far not the worst.

It's an industrial complex area, so don't anticipate a wild night life unless your idea of a wild night is going to a Business Costco and arguing with the people at the front you're only there to buy champagne and pick up your prescription.

In dire need of maintenance. The first room we were given had a broken toilet. Assigned a new room with stains on couch, dirty bathroom floor and shower glass, mildew along shower door and broken cabinet door. Bathroom fans very loud and do not turn off. Do better, Marriott.

Wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and the Rooms were clean, spacious & very accommodating for a family with children. The breakfast was full and satisfying including but not limited to fresh waffles and an Oatmeal bar with walnuts, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, and raisins as accompaniments. Coffee was also on point - rich & full bodied - even the decaf! Would certainly stay again.

During our recent stay at Springhill Suites in Ontario, we were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the breakfast area and quality of the food. The Hostess Beverly paid great attention to keeping food items stocked and areas clean as soon as guests left. She was warm and friendly and very professional.
