I’m working nearby and decided to stay here because the price made sense, but wasn’t sure what to expect.

The lady at the front desk was amazing and friendly right away. They even had warm pumpkin spice cookies with white chocolate chips and fresh popcorn!

I can’t say enough great things about the employees here, especially the ones at the front desk and housekeeping. They were very accommodating and polite so this will be where I stay everytime I’m in town for work.

It’s located right on I35 so it’s a busy location not conveniently located in the center of Round Rock but if you’re heading into Austin this will be a great location for you. I’ve stayed there two different times. The first room was great, very clean and comfortable o even enjoyed having a guest there w me. The second time I went the ice machine was down, the people down the hall were loud, the walls were thin, and I couldn’t get comfortable in the room. If you stay here I suggest asking for a room on the 3rd floor.

I felt very unsafe at this hotel. I spent the night 12/6/24, walls thin so I could hear my neighbors talking, on 12/7 I got breakfast around 8am, came back to my room and laid back down, at 936am someone is slowly entering my room, no knock or addressing who the are. I say hello before the come completely in and the back out of the room and say sorry. I never knew who it was and why they entered. Told front desk and she didn't really know how to address it and said it was probably housekeeping guy. Never staying here again.

And NO I WAS NOT SLEEP!!!! I HAD WAS ON MY PHONE AND HE NEVER ANNOUNCED! I HAD TO SAY HELLO SO HE WOULD STOP IN HIS TRACKS.

Worst place ever! Was “greeted” at the front desk by a girl on her phone who wouldn’t even look up to speak to us. She waited on another girl to come from the back to help us. Was sent to a “handicap” room which we needed that was NOT handicap accessible. It also had no working a/c. We were moved to a regular hotel room since they said they had no other handicap room available. Tried to go to the hot tub which didn’t work either. This hotel was completely gross and dirty. They also clearly have no one monitoring since our vehicle and about 13 others were all busted up and robbed even though they were parked DIRECTLY out front of the front entrance and were visible from the front desk.(although the girl was probably still on her phone not paying attention) We were not notified of anything that had happened even though the police were there at 330am thanks to another hotel customer who went to her car and saw all the damage. The hotel literally did nothing! The morning front desk lady wasn’t much help either when we were trying to speak to her about camera footage. We still at this point have no answers from the hotel. This hotel is a joke and shouldn’t even be up and running. Stay away from there and find somewhere else to stay!

THIS HOTEL WAS A NICE SURPRISE. CHEYENNE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SUPER NICE AND VERY SWEET. WE WE'RE GREETED WITH COMPLIMENTARY POPCORN AND COOKIES. THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS CLEAN AND A LARGE SELECTION OF FOOD WITH SUGAR FREE OPTIONS AND FRESH FRUIT.

We stayed here to avoid some storms on northbound I-35 and possibly visit someone at the hospital the next day. I was very impressed by this hotel for the price! It's conveniently tucked away right off of 35 and the angle of the building provided a great view of the sunset! Our room was very hot upon entering but the AC cooled it quickly. It was well ventilated as well so there was no mugginess to the room at all! There were areas of the room and on some items that were a little run down, but for such a busy area that was expected.
This 2 star hotel was better maintained than some if the 3 stars in the area. Our room was so cozy, it felt like I was at home. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. They had a waffle maker at the continental breakfast, which is always a bonus! I would definitely stay here again!

First time here location was quiet even though it’s right by the freeway noise canceling is excellent. Free popcorn and cookies in the afternoon. Room cleaned and stocked with necessities. Breakfast in the morning was filled full. Only thing was young lady at night pays no attention to the customers she was just on her phone majority the entire time. Just be more cautious of your surroundings. Other than that the stay was great.
