Das Zimmer war sauber, obwohl Dreierbesetzung haben wir aber leider Tücher etc. nur in zweifacher Ausführung erhalten. Obwohl es einen kleinen Pool|gibt, erhält man keine Bademäntel. Hunde sind zwar erlaubt und kosten $15 pro Tag, man muss aber beim|Check-In unterschreiben, dass man sie nicht alleine auf dem Zimmer lässt. Was macht das bitte für einen Sinn? Wo soll man sie lassen? Im Auto ist es illegal und im Restaurant sind sie auch nirgends erlaubt. So etwas musste ich noch nie unterschreiben. Als ich erklärte,|dass mein Hund nicht bellt waren sie zwar einverstanden, hinterlässt aber trotzdem einen Nachgeschmack. Es wurden auch keine Näpfe etc. bereitgestellt. Beim Frühstück konnte man selbst|Waffeln machen, der Rest war aber nicht berauschend..

Reasonable price, clean, updated stay with a good size indoor pool; kept clean and warm especially for cold season exercise. Breakfast is good and includes a pleasant lady running the kitchen keeping the area clean. Chilies restaurant nearby is especially a well run one with super wait staff. We will make this Sleep Inn our goto for business and tourist visitation as Carlisle is a cool small town not only for military families but also for historical aspects. Gettysburg not far. Sam the manager, especially good to deal with at hotel. Only suggestion: Add some aquatic exercise toys to use and dispenser soaps to the aquatic restroom shower.

Never having stayed at a Sleep Inn, I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The outside grounds were clean and welcoming. Check-in was quick and painless. The young lady checking us in was pleasant, professional, and helpful. We were traveling with our dogs and required a pet room. I was very happy to see when we opened the door that the room was carpet free. The room was clean, furnishings updated, and perfect for us. Breakfast offerings are plentiful. Based on all of these points, I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

Checked in with Kimberly who was super nice and told us all about the hotel and surrounding area; she was so helpful and very Good at her job! She made us feel at home
It means so much to see a kind and friendly face when you’re away from home

Hot Breakfast in the morning and the coffee bar was available 24 hours

Indoor pool and gym and I saw the Beautiful Sunrise in the morning

Great staff, free WiFi and lovely rooms, I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our two night stay at this property. It is managed well by Sam and Rita. They are very friendly and helpful to guests. All the staff is awesome . The property is an older one but well maintained both inside and the exterior. It is a very clean property. Everything was in place and in good order. The room was spacious, clean and well stocked. The property was quiet and afforded a good nights sleep. In the morning a complimentary hot breakfast was served in a cozy breakfast room with a friendly attendant who is very pro active in assisting guests. It is in a quiet location yet close to the expressway exit. There are eating establishments close by and supermarkets a short drive away. We will return to this hotel.

This was a great hotel! Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and pool is warm. The breakfast was good. I highly recommend this for a stopover from I-81. Close to food, stores and gas. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!!

As a rewards card holder I’m very disappointed on how they treated my daughter like she was a criminal or something!! The front desk staff that worked on second shift was rude and disrespectful when my daughter was there due to an emergency with her apartment! As if she wasn’t going through enough with her and her son being evacuated from their home and staying in that nasty room that they put them in! The room wasn’t clean The hallways smell like stale cigarettes!! She told my daughter that they was watching her on camera! She told another staff member to keep a close eye on my daughter..
My daughter felt racially profiled and uncomfortable As a reward member I will NOT stay here or recommend anyone else to either! Really thinking about canceling my rewards membership for choice hotels all together because the way my daughter was treated was uncalled for and wrong!!

Was in town for an event, only stayed one night. 0 complaints. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Wasn't crazy about the vanity outside of shower/toilet, seperated by a pocket door. But it was sufficient. Had my dog with me. He was content there. I skipped the continental breakfast but it was nice to have that option. Outside grounds were neat and maintained. Enough spaces to take the dog out with clean up stations. A $20 fee for the dog to stay was more reasonable than others I looked at. Tracy at the front desk was very helpful when I called to reserve a room. Tracy was also nice, pleasant and helpful when I checked in. I wasted a lot of time looking to save money and book on a travel site. Then I called Sleep Inn direct (Tracy again most helpful) and wound up with a better price than the sites offered. It's always great to connect with real people and not use an App. I'll be back next year, for my event. I see no need to look elsewhere.
