If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay without a lease or credit check, this is your BEST option in the city. Dosent even feel like a motel at all it gives apartment for sure.

The rooms are big, and the kitchenettes are perfect size and work good.

The hallways are clean and big, and the elevators are nice and fast.

They allow pets and even have designated areas to walk with poop bags

It’s usually quiet here sometimes there’s a small scene in the parking lot with a crackhead, but that's gonna happen anywhere cheap.

I’ve seen a few roaches, but that’s normal in places with kitchens and lots of people.
If you keep things clean, it shouldn’t be a problem.

The literal ONLY bad thing I’ve noticed in my two weeks here is that the fire alarms have gone off three times, and the fire department came each time.

Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking for affordable, flexible housing in the city.

Side note- my family has spoke with Ms.Shawna so far, she's very helpful and super nice.

The staff is very nice. The complex is very quiet the neighbors are very friendly. I had Ms. Shawna during my tour and when I tell you she is amazing ? she is so nice and she made me and my dog (Cookie) feel welcoming ? she did just that. She showed us where everything was. I asked questions she answered them respectfully. I most definitely recommend!!!!!! Oh and Ms. Rebecca is amazing also she kept in contact with me everyday during the week up until I MOVED IN..... I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

I lived here for year now and this place is getting worse . 1st it was my son I fixed the situation months ago. Then a tree fall on my car totaled my car and told the office they said can not do nothing about it then promised me the 2 bedroom when I went back to pay for it ms. Rebecca said they sold it. Then I went to the office last week and told them about the roaches and how we see them coming from under the door cracks in the wall they give me a sticky mouse trap to which they will stick. I just paid rent yesterday and now they say I will have to leave in two week over something so minor I never felt belittled in my life I was trying to talk to her but she was not having it which is unprofessional I am a Gm for my store which I show everyone respect no matter what I wish someone would contact me about the situation

Rebecca new manager does not care people smoke weed and argue or sells drugs to kids. Shes so unapproachable you cant even make her aware.. many people come in my room by mistake. But one gentlemen that sells drugs I open the door table full of drugs. I closed the door and said
So sorry i live down the hallway.. yet he came out screaming and yelling. Yet Rebecca said I shouldnt have open his door yelled at me that i have two more weeks (since i paid in advance) I never complained about people opening my door because mistakes happen and I always excepted the apology but man this treatment was so humiliating.

She accused me of soliciting walking the hallways not living here all kinds of things when in fact ive worked there before and live here for years off and on never did the staff mistreat people this way.

Save yourself time and money and stay somewhere else. Unless they call the pest control or an exterminator, which I doubt, don’t go there. My room was infested with bed bugs and roaches. The elevator, hallway, window in the room, bathroom, and bath tub were kinda old and dirty. Never really felt safe when I was there. There was no light in the room - only 2 lamps. The room door only has ONE lock. I felt like someone was going to just unlock it and barge in the whole time. Neighbors were loud and probably were involved in some illegal activities. Overall, just not a good experience.

These people ran a "background check" on me and falsely accused me of being someone i was clearly not. Said they couldn't rent due to criminal background when i have never ever even been pulled over. i am 32 yrs old and i have never had any run ins with the police. This felt like a racist issue. These people treated me very unfairly. Save yourself a bad experience if you are HISPANIC wanting to rent with them.

I've been here for almost a month. One thing I will say is everyone here staff and residents are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. Well lit up at night, clean rooms, security in the evenings. No one messes with you. It's very comfortable . Srairwells really need to be painted. Brittany and the ladies in the office are awesome. All around good place. Cant complain.

Come shut them down ! Black mold , elevators don’t work , three fires in a week , constant police presence.Dirty Dirty , place smells , maintenance people smoking crack on the side of the building plus two floods
