I recommend the to anyone that have children, my kids enjoy themselves in the pool last night staff member run and professional management, professional and friendly. Thank you so much. I have been staying at this motel for a little over a month now. I enjoy how comfortable it is here. Conveniently located close to shopping and with in walking distance to downtown. The staff is friendly and the whole property is clean and very well maintained. The pool is amazing. With a real nice Mexican restaurant right next door!!! Next time u book a trip to lake Wales you should check out the rodeway inn!!!!!

The room was very clean and the bathroom was newly redone. The bed was super comfortable. The area and other clientele made me nervous. I really didn't feel safe.

The rooms were decent. Only downfall is the people hanging out in the parking lot. We stayed on the first floor was was always disturbed by some lady on her phone talking about her disabled son, she looked drugged out. We stayed a couple days and she kept walking past our window with her conversations. Management don’t care.

Sammy, the manager was great in expediting my needs for my stay. I was also very pleased and grateful that pets are now accepted. I tried to stay there last year but was denied because of my service dog which I had papers for and the lady hung up on me. The rooms were fine except for the cleaning and housekeeping people -5 stars there was dirt and boogers and blood smears on the walls of the bathroom. Walls, doors abd ceiling need a coat of paint because of the black and yellow stains in alot of areas.
However I was very extremely upset when I opened up the microwave to warm my dinner up and there was a roach laying dead right in the front so obviously they don't even check the microwave to clean it. However the pool looks very nice and I was very upset that it rained in the only time I could go swimming. Other than needing a coat of paint and maybe wash the couch or at least spray it down because it was disgustingly dirty with stains I was very pleased with the whole experience except for I feel like the prices could be lower for the dirtiness

Management did reach out to me regarding my complaint, and a sincere apology was extended. I certainly appreciate management contacting me and I now feel they do care about their customers. After speaking with management, I will consider staying at this hotel in the near future. They are working on changes and improvements to their establishment. Thank you again Mr. Patel for reaching out to me regarding this matter.

I was looking on a hotel app., called price line and the app., keep freezing up, so I went to another site and rented room. Then about 20 minutes after leaving price line APP., I received an email confirmation from Priceline concerning Roadway Inn stating my reservation was confirmed.
I immediately contacted Roadway Inn Lake Wales Fla., and explained my plight to no avail. The individual I was speaking with at Roadway Inn stated no refund and hung up the phone.
I explained that the app was freezing up and not working properly and that's why I rented a room from another app. I don't think the apps., or demographics are infallible and we know that emails get lost as checks in the mail get lost ad well. What I'm saying is I've explained that the app., some how went array and charged me for a room , and the confirmation from Priceline was after I rented a room from another app.
