The rooms are beautiful and the pool is nice, but that’s where the positives end for the most part. The breakfast staff and front desk staff could not have been less helpful, however the maintenance man and the housekeepers were helpful. The elevators went down, we were waiting on them thirty minutes and after waiting another thirty minutes in line the breakfast attendant announced to the line it was their responsibility to be down earlier instead of just offering some more continental breakfast for those waiting on elevators. The apples left had holes and bruises. I can understand things happen and I’ve worked in hotels for a long time, but the service derailed any opportunity at a nice time. After paying over 400 for parking and a dog and the room one night we will never be back.

Spacious, Clean, and Comfortable!
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were impressively large, with a full kitchen, plenty of sitting space, and everything was very clean. It was quiet and peaceful. The layout felt more like a cozy apartment than a typical hotel room.

Very nice Hotel. Bed Very comfortable, showe has lots of pressure. Maids were very efficient Have to pay for parking butt the valets are great. Sammie and Vincent went above and beyond. Breakfast is nothing special but filling. I would definitely stay again. Got a burger at AC it was terrible.
On complaint is I think I left a tie there and they said I had to contact housekeeping online and submit a request online.

Dirty, ultra basic rooms. Seems stale and dated. Good location but go elsewhere. expensive valet only parking. Staff was helpful and friendly, however. I would not return. Why does this have to be 200 minimum characters. I have said all i want to.

There's 21 floors. They gave me a room by the elevator on the 14th floor. I can literally hear the elevators all day and night .
Several maintenance requiring updating:
The fridge made random odd sounds as if someone was knocking on your door.
The nob for the shower vibrates when you turn it too far to the hot side.
The bathroom facet was loose.
On my 2nd day, the ceiling light in front of the closet went off (I think a bulb change needed).
There is no ice machine on the floors.

I enjoyed complimentary breakfast - staff were great with refilling each item.
I didn't get to use the indoor pool that was shared among the 3 attached hotels.
There's valet parking, which I didn't use (Uber and DART was enough to get arounf).

At somewhat of a last minute, I changed my reservation from another downtown hotel to this one and I am so glad I did. We were initially placed in a room with HVAC issues. They sent maintenance up, he verified it was blowing cold but it ultimately just wasn’t powerful enough (the room temp would not go below 74, whereas we had it set on 70.) We are thicc boys and cannot live like that. I went to the front desk to request a room change. Maurice not only put us in a room with a better view on the top floor, he gave us two vouchers for free drinks at the hotel bar. He gave us excellent customer service to turn our experience around. The breakfast was great as it always is at Residence Inns. A happy surprise for us was that there’s a Starbucks next door. My only real critique is that the valet parking service was meh. $40 per night, and they just did not have a sense of urgency. This was demonstrated by how backed up the valet area was, even during times of day that are typically not busy. It was always at least a 15 minute wait for our vehicle. But all in all, I would gladly stay here again!

Their valet is one of the worse. Although it's through a 3rd party it's still awful they're all on their phones and give terrible customer service.
It took a while for them to notice we were even there.
The hotel was great and Darryl was wonderful as the front staff. The restroom did have a dirty floor in our room that was disappointing .
Breakfast was good They had no original cream cheese that was odd though.
