I have stayed here many times in the past and once again just last night. I am in a hotel for work about 300 nights per year and more for leisure. Cheap, pricey, crappy and luxurious I do them all.
The rooms here are always very clean, beds are always comfortable, and the desk agent is always friendly, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. Rooms are updated and nice. It's a cheap motel, nothing fancy, but that's the Red Roof Brand. It does what you need for the night.
Easy access to several restaurants (McDonald's, waffle House, a Chinese takeout, etc) and plenty of parking including space for Large Tractor Trailers or campers/RVs.
My only complaint is the occasional inconsiderate guest being, well, inconsiderate of others with their noise but that happens in the best of places. Management is always quick to react, when there is an issue, and resolve it.
Great place and look forward to the next stop off on a trip North or South.

It's newly remodeled and pretty nice now. Easy to get to, and you can't beat the rates either. No breakfast or anything but complimentary coffee. There is a Waffel House right next to it and a McD across the street. I highly recommend staying here if you need a hotel in the area.

Great stop for any C&O cyclists passing through. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, letting us know we could bring our bikes into the room and even offering a rag when they noticed I was doing some drivetrain maintenance on the patio. The room was clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities were a nice bonus, although there were only one of each machine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and my experience was exceptional. The facilities were impeccable, and the overall ambiance made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d especially like to commend Kunel, a team member from India, for his outstanding assistance. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and provided exemplary service with genuine kindness. His professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and greatly appreciate Kunel’s efforts.

I understand completely them requiring the deposit for the room since they renovated it. And they said the deposit would be back on my card within 4 days. Here it is a week later and still haven't got it back called and asked and all they can say is it depend on your bank when they release it. They should do cash deposit so the rooms can ve checked at check out and they give the cash back

I frequent this hotel. Absolutely love it there. It's very close to the city. Shopping, dining, etc. But just far enough out to make you feel like your no where near all that commotion. The property sits back in off the road and the back faces the woods. Very private. They are fine with pets! The staff is absolutely wonderful. The front desk attendants are all about making sure their guests are happy. Its just got a family kind of feel.

We pulled in for the night when we were driving south. The desk clerk was very pleasant. Room was clean. We were good for the night. And we had a room that was pet friendly so our dog was welcomed.

Newly renovated. Rooms are in excellent condition. It's quiet and away from the road but waffle house is next door. The staff are friendly and professional. Great experience.
