The young gal at the desk was friendly and accommodating. The room was large and very clean. There is a bit of traffic and train noise. I've stayed in a lot of places in this price range over the last few years, and this was one of the best.

The front desk staff was very pleasant friendly professional and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. Nice hardwood floors. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh bagels toast and waffles and little mini egg frittatas with cheese were delicious.! The only concern I had was staying alone with external entrances but the doors were well secure with heavy locks. I would give this hotel 5 stars it weren’t for the external entrances . I would definitely stay at this hotel property again.

We came late and we left early. We had very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This is really nice place, clean and accommodating.
The breakfast is fresh and ample for a family or solo guest, which I was.
I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit the area.
The price was also very reasonable.
My reservation was made through booking.com. which made it easy and worry free.

This is a very clean hotel with a friendly and competent staff. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The beds and pillows are quite comfortable. We would stay there again, if we are in the area.

Very nice rooms. Clean and spacious. Only downside is it's close to the light rail so there is noise from that pretty much all the time. Good breakfast.

First of all, DONT let the Google reviews fool you. There is absolutely NO Quality here at this Quality Inn. We booked online through our Southwest credit card points, we called them personally to make sure the reservation was available, it WAS in the system BUT when we asked to EXTEND the stay, they said they would able. Upon arrival, we found out, they MOVED our original booking to the extended dates instead. Then when we asked them about it, they just keep saying "it's not our fault, it's the points people. You need to call them."

Let me remind you, Quality Inn MOVED our booking. They were never able to explain why they moved the dates? They also couldn't accommodate us after we had to switch it back to the dates we requested, the reason why is...

.....PRICE. Omg this place is not worth the price they are booking. The walls are paper thin, the hot hot water was basically non existing. The shower turns on in a despicable manner. Trust me, I've never seen a knob like this and apparently neither have other plumbers who've stayed here. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. They offer "hot" food but by hot it's either toaster or you have to heat up a frozen scrambled egg hockey puck. I'm not even exaggerating. The orange juice tasted like when you buy the knock off frozen orange juice in the freezer and accidentally added WAY too much water. Coffee is bitter. Staff was unfriendly. Area seemed dangerous. Non smoking property, however there's smoking all over. Even Tina said "well, we try but you know how people are" when asked if the rooms had been smoked in.

Absolutely terrible. Don't stay here. Don't waste your money. Seriously spend the 30+ dollars for a better hotel down the road.

Rooms actually pretty spacious NGL. I was actually impressed with the size. There's actually alot more but yall ain't got time for Dat! LOL. They probably gonna respond some kinda way too.

Clean and quiet! Great service from the front desk when needed! Awesome breakfast included with our room too! We will definitely stay again! Highly Recommend!
