This place is really nice the staff are really kind and the go the extra mile to accommodate their guest. My stays here are always wonderful. The property is well kept. And most importantly they pay close attention to the track in the area so that the guest can feel at ease while staying here. Nice place for a good night sleep nice and a hot shower! All for a great price!

This hotel deserves 5 stars. Do not be concerned about the neighborhood. The management here is very cognizant of security. We came in with a 26' Uhaul and the manager allowed us to park it in a secured lot. He was so kind to let my elderly father right in his room then checked us in. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean with many food and beverage choices. The inside of the front office is tastefully decorated with a TV and coffee machine. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

The staff was extremely rude during check-in and check-out. I also got the run around trying to get my cell phone back that I accidentally left in the room.
The room was okay but the floor was dirty so I had to sweep and mop before I let my Godson walk around without his shoes on. Aside from that it was okay. The hotel also has quite a few stray cats, so if you are allergic, be cautious. If you can find a better place at a more decent price then I would say choose that spot before booking at Quality Inn.

I was a single female traveler and stayed at the property the night of Aug 25th. I checked in late close to 9pm . At 11:15pm someone tried to access my room with a working key. They were able to open the door till they hit the top deadbolt at which point i woke up and yelled. Their response was sorry wrong room and they left. I reported the incident to the front the desk the following morning and asked for a manager to contact me as this was really an unpleasant experience. As of today, the 6th of September no-one has contacted me. For those traveling alone I would consider a different hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean spacious rooms. Pleasant and peaceful pool and jacuzzi area. Lots of greenery - palm trees, bougainvillea, and other plants. Plenty of restaurant and shops within easy walking distance.

There was mold in my bathroom. The provided another room that had mold in the bathroom. The front desk also processed a 20% refund which only came to $23. I paid $274 for the weekend and wasn’t able to shower. If you stay here check your bathroom. Management refused to refund for a full nights stay.

We enjoyed our time at the Quality Inn Hemet with our family while trekking to fly Paramotor and taking the kids to Six Flags. We found the hotel very family friendly, safe and intimate. We very much enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool and the hot tub.
