Overall comfortable stay for a good price. Friendly staff. They kindly showed us the room at our request before we committed to staying. The $50 cash deposit was a little unusual, but returned promptly at checkout after a quick room inspection. The bed was comfortable. There were a few things that needed small repairs/updates, which they took note of.
We were appreciative of this lower cost option ($99/night before taxes and fees for single bed room) while we were in town for a wedding. It was still just a short drive to the restaurants, similar to one of the other groupings of hotels that many other wedding guests stayed at. Near the highway, but I did not notice significant road noise at night.
Simple continental breakfast available in the morning with the usual waffles, cereal, bagels and muffins, biscuits, sausage patties and little scrambled egg discs. Coffee available at all times.
They do need to have their outside electric inspected as the parking lot lights were flashing like crazy.
I would stay again if I needed an economical choice in the area.

Overall, I did not have a great stay, but I will write an honest review.
First the good parts: The employees are all very friendly and polite, and the rooms themselves look wayyy better than the outside of the hotel looks. I was pleasantly surprised! The bathrooms are absolutely spotless, and the bedroom is very tidy. I didn't go downstairs for breakfast during my stay, but it was included free of charge. To top it off, it is extremely quiet here!
Now onto the bad parts: The day I had checked in, I went to the very sketchy elevator to go to the second floor, and there was a large bag of trash on the elevator that smelled like a dead body. A bad sign to start with, but I was willing to suck it up for the next couple of nights. The following night at about midnight, the parking lot was practically empty (aside from my car). I was on the second floor in my room looking out over the parking lot. A truck pulled up right next to my car, and there were three people trading things. It looked so weird and suspicious, I just stood there trying to figure out what was happening. It took me a minute to realize what had happened: I had just witnessed a drug deal. At that point, I was done and ended up checking out a day early.
The rooms themselves were amazing and the staff were friendly, so if you do choose to stay here, please be keep your door and car locked at all times just to be safe!

Quality Inn was an exceptional stay. The lady at the front desk (Marsha) was always friendly and greeted me warmly every time I passed by. The hotel service was top-notch, catering to all my needs efficiently. What I appreciated most was the peaceful environment, allowing me to read without any disturbances. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for a quiet, well-serviced stay.

I gotta say , that so far so good , I can't complain. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are up kept, and the staff is amazing. The cleaning staff are always on top of everything making sure your room is clean and towels changed out, sheets cleaned and up kept, hotel staff is nice and friendly, always asking if we need anything and or if their is anything you need to feel free and just ask. Rosie is a nice soul whom I have seen always accommodating people and always making sure that the hotel is running smoothly and hard at work.

Positive: The bed was comfortable Negative: "/"Hot breakfast/" consisted of one biscuit, one sausage patty, one rubbery over hard egg, and an undercooked waffle. Main lights in the room did not work, and hotel did not offer and bedding for a 2 year old."

Positive: Nothing. Negative: I had to pay an extra $50 "cash only" security deposit but refused to give a receipt for it. At check out, she claimed there was a red stain on cover that definitely wasnt there when i left the room. She refused to physically show me the stain.Con artist

I stayed at this place a couple times. The most recent the manager Marsha put me through so much to rebook. 1st she said that I had to swipe a card I cannot tap to pay. I accepted that.
When my friend and I made the reservation, he put My name on the room as well.
Yet Marsha made him stop his work and email her that the deposit is supposed to be released to me.
Since I could not tap to pay.. I told them I would use a different card and cash since I did not have enough in both.
She told me that My Visa card could not be used because it didn't have a chip in it. The place has no where to sit outside, as a bench or anything. They also have roaches.
When I did leave I let her know my irritation about the way the customers don't even matter. So now I'm banned. Lol. Book anywhere else. Not the Motel 6 next door (they are just as nasty. )but the comfort inn next door is great if you want choice hotels.
0 stars given. To all the staff except the new hire Raj who atleast tried to find bug spray for me.

One of if not the worst hotel I stayed at c
Couldn't even bother with air freshener, everything's stained, bed top big for the room so there's hardly any room to move around. Only positive thing I can say about this place is the free breakfast, and even that you get what you pay for. Only stay here as a last resort.
