Arrived here for Frankfurt Book Fair, but was pleasantly surprised by this nice hotel. Room is quite spacious, there is cozy armchair, quite big wardrobe. Room has a kettle, variety of hot drinks (tea and coffee). Just few mins walk away from the main train station, which is of great convenience for travel from/to the airport, city center or walking distance to the expo location of Book Fair. Check-in is quite late (at 15:00) and is early check-in costs cca 20 euro fee. We got nice room available earlier for us, but on the 1st floor and with view to the street, which was at times crazy noisy (constant train right in front of hotel building). They stored our luggage after check out for free giving us paper number to get our luggage later, which felt safe. The only minus point is that it was a bit too hot in the room and AC was not working properly for chilling room, it could only heat the room, but keeping open window throughout the night was absolutely no option due to constant noise. Otherwise reception workers were incredibly nice people, kind and helpful. Absolutely loved location.

Hello , I am staying this hotel. Air conditioner is not working and I sad to receptionist this situation this morning but they didn’t fix it. Room is very cold and it is not comfortable. If you want to rest exactly never prefer this hotel. On the other hand there are a lot of addictive people outside. These people can be harmful. That is you want to sleep and to rest don’t prefer this hotel. You want to stay safe don’t you this hotel there are a lot of hotels this area

Good hotel for spent the night. It's close to the central station. Room is cozy and the bed comfortable, BUT THE HEATER DOSEN'T WORK! The room was freezing at night. Also, the hair dryer was defected and we could use it. No water in the room.

Staff are great. Our luggage was placed in storage until we were able to check in after arriving early off a very long flight from Australia

We were then provided an early check in. Made everything so much easier for the 7 of us travelling together.

Breakfast each morning was great with many options for everyone

We stayed for 6 nights. Hotel is nice, staff are really helpful and friendly, the rooms are spotless. Beds are very comfortable, had a great sleep.||Location: Very close to the main train stations with trams outside the hotel. The area isn't the nicest, there are groups of people that hang around outside the hotel that can be a little intimidating, but the hotel itself felt very safe! Nobody outside the hotel goes into the hotel itself. You need your room key to gain access to the stairs & lifts. Having read up on the area, the hotel is in talks to get the groups moved from the surrounding area. We had no trouble with the groups. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the Skyline shopping centre.||Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you to all the team at Premier Inn.

Can definetely recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the main station! The price was great, the room was very clean, the AC worked perfectly (germany can be weird with ACs). The staff was super friendly. The only tip I would give is to be aware that the district around and close to the main station can be quite dangerous. It's a Frankfurt thing, you will walk by junkies and messed up people. But you have to live with that if you want a hotel nearby. Nothing the hotel can do. I recommend taking the tram from the main station instead of walking (especially at night time), but the good thing is the other side of the street becomes more and more modern. The room layout was nice, maybe the bathroom was a bit small but we had a very pleasant stay! Thanks again.

Premier Inn Frankfurt is very convenient — just a short walk to Frankfurt Main Train Station, making it easy to get around the city or catch trains. Also very close to the airport, which is great for travelers. Comfortable stay and excellent location!

Despite the not happy position so close the main train station, it is a very nice hotel. Very nice international breakfast. The shower water temperature was too much variable.
