Love love loooove kat. She's such a sweet groomer. I cut my own doodles hair and it was a MESS she made him look flawless and gave him a bandana and made him smell like a gingerbread (it's Christmas time) I love her! We will definitely be back. My doodle came in any and when I went to pick him up he was loving alllll over them. Running his head on them and trying to jump on them. I promise your babies are happy here! Even the puppies in boarding were clean calm and sleeping. They looked so relaxed. 10/10 experience, truly! I can't think of anything I would change. Even the receptionist were so sweet.

My puppy Kota LOVES this place. I love bringing her here for puppy preschool because she has bad anxiety when I leave her alone at home. Bringing her here was the best decision. She is being Well taken care of and I don't have to worry about her not getting the care she needs. The staff is amazing and my dog loves everyone of them. Thank you all so much for being SOOOOO amazing. You have my business for as long as I live in Austin.

I picked up my senior dogs and their beds a day early from boarding (first time customer) and learned not only were they laying on feces (please also note the footprint), but blood as well. When I asked the staff why they didn't alert me about the injury and if they could provide a day-by-day report of their stay, the general manager Josh said they don't track it and simply repeated that their beds were as pictured because they planned to launder them before their pick up date. If I had picked them up as scheduled I would never have known. Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a pet boarding facility. Will never return.

HAPPY!!! This was the 3rd place that I have taken my baby for grooming, needless to say we may have found a perfect match!! Taylor was great! She communicated with me throughout the appointment, which was a welcomed change from other places and made me very comfortable as a new client. She gave him a cut to my specifics and he is soft, clean, and happy. His coat is shiny and he smells so nice! His brown still shows through versus his gray undertones from previous cuts (which made him look like an old man puppy before) but Taylor was able to groom him to perfection while keeping his youthful appearance. We will be going back and seeing Taylor from now on, very satisfied.

I have two cats 11yrs old. They are indoor cats and set in their ways. Both hate carriers and car trips. We were having to do renovations due to water damage and had to board them in a hurry. They were upset but settled down in a short while. One gave them trouble when I came to pick them up, and she saw the carrier again. The staff handled the situation with competence and caring even though she tried to bite and scratch them. This place really cares about the animals in their care. I will definitely board here again.

I usually don't leave reviews but hoping this can reach some fellow anxious pet parents - I booked this place for my cat and two dogs very last minute , I looked at some of the reviews and was extremely nervous about leaving them here to say the least especially because one of my dogs walks on two legs and has special requirements . I came in for a tour of the facility to ease my mind the day before their stay and the manager was welcoming and very informative, she also had no issue letting me tour the entire kennel and cat room, for a dog kennel it was clean I won't say the best, as there was some cages with dogs in it with the bottom of the kennel flooded from just cleaning and it smelled like pee but once again it's a dog kennel and not the worst I've seen. They have an online app that made it easy to make my pets a profile and upload their documents before their stay. Onto the day of check in- the kennel staff seemed very uncoordinated all together, when I arrive I was helped in a timely manner the main issue was when it came to me reviewing the accommodations for my disabled pup the kennel receptionist told me that she wasn't sure if he could board and she could have me sign a health agreement contract, go over it when her manager got there that day and call me to come get him if she's not okay with it. I was extremely confused considering I had mentioned it multiple times to the manager and the staff that he was disabled and had accommodations, I reiterated that the whole point I'm boarding them is because I can't come pick them up that evening if the manager decides that my 10lb, well behaved chihuahua, was too much to handle with 2 legs. I then stood there for 15 minutes while the receptionist ran around like a chicken without a head trying to "verify" that i did in-fact come in for a tour and it was approved by the manager. I have no complaints for the stay and they had a quick response time when I called for updates. When I really got a bad taste in my mouth and realized how chaotic the kennel was Is check out- I arrived and was told a total way above what I had originally calculated-none of the charges were verified and they didn't change the fact that I brought my own food and didn't have meds which is an extra charge, the receptionist was quick to correct the mistakes and they promptly brought my cat out to the lobby filled with barking dogs. They were going to help me get her in the car as soon as they brought her out, considering it was 100° outside I made the call to wait for my dogs to come out which was apparently a good choice because it took them 20 minutes to come out with my two small dogs with minimal belongings. While I was waiting I asked one of the staff if my cat could wait in her kennel in the cat room because it was sound proof and quiet and she was getting very worked up hanging out in the lobby with dogs barking at her, I was told no because the front desk girl was going to "be a minute" with the client she was currently checking out. During the 20 minutes not one but TWO kennel technicians came out asking if I had been helped yet and I had to reiterate I was waiting on my dogs and tell them their names all while I'm trying to calm down my cat who is screaming at the top of her lungs. Very uncoordinated for a kennel this big, I am very thankful that the manager was willing to accommodate my special needs dog but the manager was probably the only person who even showed a bit of customer service and didn't treat me like a bother. As someone who has worked at an animal kennel/ hospital before I don't recommend this place for long term trips or for anxious/difficult pets. For a weekend trip/easy pet it may be considerable.
