Never make a mistake of doing this hotel,
I arrive at hotel late night 4 hours after my check-in time,
They asked for my id and shown me the worst room of my life , the bedsheets literally had stains and the room was not at all ventilated no windows only on door , later after arguing for 10 mins he called someone and showed me another room which was better with good ventilation but the AC wasn't working neither TV ,even charging port was not on , the room was just with light and fan,
Geyser was provided but as we say about hygiene the bucket was like never washed the bedsheets were smelly when asked to change them he gave me reason that today is Sunday and there was no laundry but the bedsheet was tucked properly means someone use them and they just tucked back in without even washing them in such a critical time of COVID.
No hygiene , Mannerless Staff , Unprofessional , Worst to talk . and they even asked me to do the hotel directly rather than app, does it mean OYO services have degraded and I had this experience with my mom and I had my important EXAM next day , receptionist was unavailable at times when asked some random guy was handling please Oyo look in this concern.

we were provided with unwashed towels, and it seemed like many people have used that.. our bedsheets and pillow cover and blanket, all were unwashed and was dirty it seems like they all have never been washed ... it's color has changed from white to whitish brown..
mine bathroom had so many hairs , that water was logging , so i had to clean it.. my toilet had broken water jet, so you can't imagine how i managed this.. i had exam on next day otherwise i would have straight away left that hotel..
apart from that this hotel does not has any drinking water facility.. they even didn't provided oyo kits... and water bottle was also not given where as they always give you 2 water bottles free at every oyo hotels.
and ofcourse after all this problem you can ignore the wifi problem, it's not major that you will be facing there.. some hotel has slow wifi, but in this hotel you won't get wifi signal in your room..

I booked this hotel when I was going to give GATE 2021 Exam.

My examination center was near by this hotel & ola or auto is easily available because it is located just side of Highway. So I booked this hotel.

It is good hotel but they did not allow me to bring food from outside.

However I ordered food from zomato they allowed but after 11pm before that you cannot bring outside food inside the hotel.

Staffs are very helpful.

Bahut faltu hotel hai ye Oyo app Mai maine booking kiya tha isey 642 mai lekin jab mai ye hotel pahucha to waha reseption mai muje bola gya ki itne rate mai ham hotel nhi provide karege or unlogo ne mujse 1000liya....or is hotel Mai bhar se khana nhi manga sakte swige Zomato se food odear nhi kar sake inlog ne apna he ek hotel ka khana provide karwate hai jo bahut costly padta hai.....plzz guys is hotel Mai ja k ap apna paise barbad na kare

they use situation of outsider ..... and demand extra money and say that u can complaint to oyo if u want....worst experience for this hotel....we r there for examand they use our situation....
