If you’re looking just to sleep then the room is okay. The pillows are flatter than someone’s butt. Definitely had 4 cock roaches run towards me and a dead one in the tub when I walked in. Non smoking room reeked of smoke and it was half cleaned. If I worked here I would be embarrassed by how bad the room was. We had to stay last minute on NYE because another hotel canceled our reservation. Was this room worth 300 ? No. But it was better than sleeping in a car

It was beyond disappointing. I stayed at the Motel 6 in Redlands due to a chemical issue in my apartment that prevented me from sleeping there. Unfortunately, my experience was full of letdowns. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a bad odor, and the bathroom was in poor condition—the tub was so dirty that I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I ended up going to Walmart to buy a pillow and air freshener. While the air freshener helped a little, the room still had an unpleasant smell.

The motel’s pillow was very flat, and the bed itself was uncomfortable, so I was grateful to have the extra support from the Walmart pillow. Additionally, I had planned to do some work in the morning, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We had even asked the front desk lady if there was Wi-Fi just to be sure, as it was important to me, and she assured us there was.

When I tried to call the front desk for help with the Wi-Fi, I discovered the phone was disconnected—it even had a cut cord. It almost cost me $100, which feels highly overpriced considering I couldn’t take a shower, couldn’t use the Wi-Fi, couldn’t sleep well on the bed, and couldn’t reach the front office by phone when it was needed.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The only positive aspect of my stay was the front desk staff; the lady there was very kind and respectful.

Idk how these people are still in business… I’m not the bougiest person in the world but omg this place was UNACCEPTABLE first thing my daughter noticed was the roaches, the walls weren’t scrubbed in god knows how long, the door wouldn’t locked from being locked in so many times, the toilet didn’t work I just could not stay there we checked in and left within the first hour… crack motel at its finest

your better off sleeping behind a dumpster in any alley way. This place should be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. It's the only way.

Room seemed clean but definitely had a smell to it. Not all of the lights were working, Wi fi didn't work all of the time.

First room was a hot box the a/c was Mickey Mouse together Second room was alright restroom was dirty still with poop on toilet bed spreads stained looks dirty the floors were black need to be mopped it is a quiet motel if that what you are looking for

To who it may concern:
I checked out at six am this morning 5/19/2024 from room 212. Reason being that I woke to shower, when I cut on the lights I seen 4 roaches, I should have read the reviews, I feel played because the previous day I checked in around 4 am went straight to sleep and paid for another night instead of checking out. If I had the time I would tell guest to not bother checking in. From a business perspective the guest (me) should receive a partial if not a full refund. Better yet I’ll take the Tesla parked in front but I’m not petty. Thank you for taking your time to read this review
