Very nice staff, good food and cozy beds. The bathroom is ok but looks dated. The gym is only 2 devices with a direct view and connection to the sauna area. This makes the sauna quite noisy. The steam sauna was out of order. The saunas were small. The restaurant had huge portions which tasted really nice and the staff was very helpful and nice.

Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Airport Langen is an excellent choice for a short stay near the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, with good beds and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful.
All in all, good value for money for those looking for a convenient overnight stay.
The only drawback was that we booked a triple room, and the number of cups and drinks in the room was only for one person. This should actually be equal to the booking of the room.

This is the perfect location for being both close to the airport and to the S-Bahn which takes you directly into the heart of Frankfurt. The shuttle service to the airport is very convenient and the AC availability makes for a very comfortable stay.

Staff were very friendly. We asked for more towels and they were prompt in getting them to us.
Breakfast was very nice, great selection.
Beds were comfortable.
Bar offered many different cocktails. Would DEFINITELY come back again!

Not a bad hotel. Communication was bad, they were not reachable by phone and we weren’t able to receive additional information about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and we had to take public transit to the hotel. There is a shuttle offered hourly to the airport for €5. Rooms were old but clean. Staff was friendly and the bartender was incredibly professional. Very price friendly and there is a sauna.

The hotel as such is quite nice, just not brand new. Breakfast very good and rich. Huge problem though are the bugs in the room. I had a bug (silverfish) on my bed the very first day. A day later it was on the bathroom wall. The next day in the sink. A colleague also had two bugs in his room. He asked for another room because of it, and there were even more bugs. He asked for a new room again and there were bugs there too. We decided to change the hotel because of that.
