I stayed her a few months due to a work assignment. The room was okay. Every now and then I would see bugs. My AC unit leaked over the floor but housekeeping caught it & had it cleaned. After my stay my debit card was charged 2 different unauthorized charges. Luckily I was able to get it back from filing a claim with my bank. The manager Lisa can be rude at times. The other front desk staff are very pleasant. The breakfast is trash. The bread feels like it’s been sitting out for days. It’s a lot of sex workers you’ll see come in and out but nobody ever bothered me. Overall, depending on your standards, there’s better hotel stay but it’s affordable for a quick stay.

I have always had wonderful stays at this hotel. The rooms and property are always clean, price is great in comparison to similar hotels in the area, and the staff are so kind and helpful. A special shout out to Beber who is always extremely kind and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Lisa, the manager, is very kind, accommodating, and compassionate as well. I’m very thankful for the wonderful service this hotel provides.

This hotel is a rip off. They accused my friend of stealing something from the room in order to keep her deposit when checking out. She asked them to please check her belongings so that they could see she did not have their item, but they refused to do so. The item was supposed to be some type of bed cover that was never in the room to start with. They are very dishonest and will do anything to get money out of you.

This is a really nice hotel for the price. My room was nice and clean and it looked just like it's shown online. All of the hotel staff members were very nice including the manager Lisa.

The location of this place is great.
Plenty of parking
The gym is very small
During our stay, one of the two elevators was broken, but that was fine.
The ice machine on the 3rd floor was also broken, so we used the first floor ice machine.
The only thing I didn’t like were the barn style bathroom doors, they don’t completely close so there’s a little gap between the door and the walls.

Here the response from the Hotel, and they are not willing to return the money they are stealing from my account...
I think When the housekeepers break something, they don't report it, and this hotel Charge the price of the broken thing to the costumers!!!!! We slept in that hotel just for one night from 11pm to 7am next morning. Unfortunately, when we turned the light on in the morning from this broken lamp that was previously repaired with glue, it fell down, and the hotel simply charged to our account!!!

According to the inquiry done with our housekeeping. They informed us the lamp was perfectly fine when the room was rented to you. As per the conditions that you signed earlier regarding the deposit, the penalty is charged based on the incidentals and damage to the property during your stay.
We are sorry but we won't be able to refund the deposit back. We apologize for this.
At this moment we can’t refund your deposit based on the situation.

I was scammed by this hotel! I prepaid for a reservation through my credit card travel line. When I arrived for check in they said they couldn’t find the reservation and had me basically make a new one and pay again. They assured me that I wouldn’t be charged for the first payment, only the one I made in person. I was charged for both and no resolution. I was told a manager would be contacted and that didn’t happen. I have now tried to have my bank call to get this sorted. I am getting the same run around that we’ll hear from a manager within a few days. They are acting like they now can’t find the reservation I paid for in person. The charge posted to my bank account so there must be a trace somewhere! Absolutely ridiculous and no accountability. Will never stay here again.

Nice hotel, free breakfast was great. Most everything seemed brand new. Nice bathroom with tub.
