We loved our stay at the legoland hotel! Park is a 30 second walk. Very kid friendly with the themed rooms, kids activities, and legos everywhere to build. My son was especially excited to come back to the room everyday to see what the surprise was for him. Staff was friendly and helpful! We especially loved what my son called “the party elevator.”

Grandkids had so so much fun!!! Great overall. The hotel could use a little updating. Definitely bring a box for your phone charger, but they do have pod coffee machines. It was very clean the whole time and the kids got a special treat every morning, which was nice. Poole super clean with a nice slide. The kids really enjoyed. The breakfast was awesome. The wait was not too bad we thought Sam was great. Had the best time and customer service very good. It was not cheap staying at the Legoland hotel but I do think it was worth it.

If you're visiting Legoland then the location is excellent, book ahead for meal reservations in the hotel and for the Lego Master Builder classes for the kids. The hotel is popular and therefore very busy but it meets all the needs of your kids and happy kids make for an easier holiday! We loved the in room Lego treasure hunt and the theming was fun for the 48 hours we stayed, the sea shanty in the lift would have become tiresome if we were there longer.

We just left the hotel today. We stayed because of Hurricane Milton and my son is special needs. I can't rave enough how wonderful every single employee was to us and accommodated our son. They treated us like family. The front desk staff was awesome. The best part was the restaurant workers they treated our son like the mayor of legoland while we were there. I also want to thank everyone that stayed there in the storm to keep our family safe and happy. I know some of them left families at home to be there with us. I hope everyone that worked during the Hurricane get something because they were fantastic. We didn't have legoland passes before this stay and we will get then now just so we can come back and just Hi to the staff.

Positive: We loved the themed rooms, the size of the rooms, and the walkability to the park. We also loved the activities inside the hotel itself. Negative: The hotel dinners were extremely expensive. $30-$40/adults and $16/children (The adult price was bad enough, but the child price was outrageous when they barely eat anything and you have 3 kids with you). Elevators were also down a lot.

Positive: The proximity to legoland themepark and the food at the shipwreck restaurant Negative: No sanitary practices are here. Children run and put their feet in the Lego pit at the entrance of the hotel, communal microwaves-not even on every floor, no phones in the room, cold showers both nights, maid entering the room with a DND on the door

The resort itself is cute but it’s definitely not worth the price. I booked the Kingdom themed room for one night for my son’s birthday since we were going to Legoland the next day. I paid $497 with tax. For that price, I could easily get a nights stay at one of the Disney moderate hotels which would be night and day from the room we got at Legoland. First off, the decor on each floor seems dated and is in serious need of a face lift. The same goes for the room, there were scuff marks all over the walls, and the furniture was chipped. The towels we were given in the bathroom were old and frayed at the end. There were also stains on the carpet. The A/C barely worked. My kids and I had a horrible time trying to sleep because it was so hot. To make matters worse, there are no phones in the rooms, instead you’re provided with a number to text for assistance. The issue with that is nobody answers the texts. If your kids are set in going to Legoland like mine, I would suggest for you to book a stay at one of the nicer resorts in Orlando and make the drive over.

A themed hotel which is definitely geared towards the under 10. We had a blast and they really work to make the old hotel shine with its new skin and focus. My only gripe is the food. Three sit down restaurants which all serve family style meaning platters you all serve from. The food was good, only it comes out cold each time. Only flaw in the system I could see. Go off season to save the headache of 20 billion 5 year olds screaming nonstop.
