this agency works with tenerif haus turistika. you book here then you send money to Ronaldo Bachinger owner about one of their Finca, and nico bachinger's father (he is ceo of kanaren) . Photagraphy are beautiful. But in reality the finca tosca was in a bad shape, so much dirty, with two big dog without information before. very cool when you have a 3 years old boy. so, immediatly after our arrival we inform the owner about our unstatisfaction. He said us ok leave, find another place and we will give back your money. we leaved, but he never give back money saying us we are vandalist persons because we change the place of the table (to not be under the sun and near the dogs house). so this company is not ok. they are stealers.

I have booked with them an acommodation a couple of times and the service is spotless, they are highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place to spend your holidays in Canary Islands.
