I was recommended this place by my primary care doctor. So I went there today for my appointment.
The staff at the front desk were really nice however the dermatologist [Kacie Kline] that seen me was extremely rude. She walked in and gave me a dirty look immediately. Then when asking questions she was incredibly condescending and rushed the visit. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was racist. It actually took everything in me to not say something rude back but I kept my cool. She rolled her eyes a LOT. It was very pathetic and honestly there’s no way I’d ever come back here.

I’d strongly advise this place to get a new dermatologist. She’s going to be rude to the wrong person and get a reality check.

I’ve been here a few times. I always come in 10 min early for my appointments and I end up waiting 45 min to be seen. They always tell me the provider is always backed up. What’s the point of making an appointment if I have to still wait an extended time to be seen. They need to fix their scheduling. However, the providers are very good and helpful.

The office is clean, not overcrowded, and the staff and doctors are friendly. My main complaint is the lack of live human phone representatives for scheduling. Automation is ruining everything and I crave real support staff.

Everything about my experience was so pleasant and easy. Everyone in the office was super nice. Cheiny Shiau was amazing and made me feel important. I like when I can tell the doctor actually cares. Nice office and easy parking.

The provider is amazing love her she truly cares for her patients and provides the best advice and more …. The staff save way (can have a little attitude but they did help) I ask if they can please confirm if they received my modify authorization so I can get a treatment during my consul visit and they did will come here again and continue my care . I also noticed that all staff have nice clean skin that tells me that the providers take care of their staff just like how they take care of their patients. Top tier ?

While Irradiance does an excellent job with dermatology they have a very poor and possibly dangerous policy of sharing your private and personal information with their call center for no provided reason. A call center that doesn't do anything other than make change or cancel appointments has access to your private information. I would be careful if you are a private person going to Irradiance because it seems to be that they don't care about patient's safety and only care about their bottom line. After telling them about how they could be putting their patients in harms way I was dismissed by both the front desk and the doctor. Please please be careful going here.

After bringing this up to Doctor Cheiny Shiau, she claimed I was causing her trauma and has refused to see me anymore. Do not trust this woman with your personal information. She nor her colleagues care about your health or safety. Only their bottom line. Horrible woman. Horrible Doctor. Avoid her at all costs.
