The check-in process was quick & easy. Definitely felt welcomed. Super friendly staff, clean & spacious room, & great breakfast! Margaret during breakfast was so sweet. Great experience overall for the price. Parking was easy & gym was pretty good.

Very good nights sleep. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast area was nicer than most other hotels. Did not use the pool, so can't comment on that. TV didn't have many options and shut off on me once. Only complaint everything else was great...

Rooms are fine, better than average.

Hospitality was good except for the subtle hints that I'm being looked down upon. I do look dirty. I am in construction after all. when I went to the counter to ask if there was anywhere I could get quarters for the laundry room all I got in return was a lack of answer and a lot of judgement because how dare a laundromat goer stay at the Hyatt. At least that was what I assume was going through the clerks head from the look on their face.
When I checked, google said the price was 120$ a night when I walked in the clerk said it was 220$ a night I was surprised but I went with it because it was nice looking but the clerk did not forget to mention that their sister hotel is down the street a few steps and much cheaper. I thank you sir for the financial advice but I am insulted by your assumptions of poverty.

Also it's hotel policy to be in your room once every 24 hours.

Overall the rooms are not worth it unless you are going to take full advantage of hotel amenities. The location is alright at best. The rooms themselves are not worth 200 if you are staying for work or don't have time to go to the indoor pool or bar

Nice experience all around. Better than expected. Comfortable room. Professional staff. Breakfast isn't included, but a good deal (They have juices, hot drinks, fruit, oatmeal , some hot items, bakery goods with a toaster and things like cream cheese and peanut butter) parking was easy but not secured.
Room has mini fridge, coffee maker for coffee, tea, hot water. Ice bucket, cups, coffee, tea.

They have a small lounge witha small bar and ome grab and go snacks.

Very comfortable. Great value.

Decent hotel, rooms are nice and spacious with most amenities you'll need for a short stay. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Cleanliness was a little lacking - floors weren't vacuumed and surfaces weren't wiped down.

We would leave a much higher review, but we were quoted a price that included free breakfast, which I specifically confirmed with the person I talked to when booking, and then in the morning we were told it would be $11 per person. The room was what we expected. The location was convenient. Disappointed with the service and the price we paid for the room without being allowed to eat. There was a little sign in the breakfast room that said sorry for the inconvenience, which tells me that there is false advertising and a disconnect between corporate (call center & website) and local.

Location is great. Building is between a highway and a big street, but the noise insulation is good and we weren’t annoyed with noise from outside. The glass and the coffee mug in our room were dirty and full of dust. They should more throughly clean the room.

Positive: "" Negative: Our $2K ebike, which was locked on our RV bike rack, was stolen from the parking lot. I picked this hotel because i thought our stuff would be safe. They don't have a fence and they reserve half the spots in front for EV, so we were stuck in the back.
