Nice place to stay for a work trip. The room was clean and the hotel was generally quiet. Shower was nice too. Good water pressure and the towels were high quality. I would recommend the Hyatt Place to anyone staying in the area. It was close to the highway, but not too close to hear the traffic.

The room was perfect, the location was perfect, the service for us directly was amazing, the service we needed to stop about 20 kids, soccer team in town, from running up and down the hallways, banging on doors and running, screaming and playing soccer in the hallways, while we are trying to sleep from a 20-hour DRIVE from South Carolina was WONDERFUL. These kids were HORRIBLE, their parents weren’t around and NOTHING was done about it but our room was moved. We had a formal event downstairs and they would run, knock on the door, and run back. The staff was INCREDIBLE with dealing with them and we were able to rest. I will definitely be back.

Three stars for a wonderful breakfast and a nice lobby area. We walked into a room smelling absolutely foul, musty and a nasty weed smell. Seemed to be related to the AC because when we turned the AC higher the smell went away but when it turned off, it came back. In addition to that, the tv did not work. We called down and someone said they would come up to fix it but they never did. The Internet also never ever worked over the course of our whole stay. Bed was not a king though advertised that way. My feet were dangling off the end the whole night. Hotel seems like at one point it was a nice hotel, but it is definitely showing some signs of wear and tear. Location was great I guess. Not near anything in particular, off a highway ... but why charge $4 a day for parking? Most bizarre charge ever. At that point, don't charge for parking.

The toilet was not as clean as it should have been. The beds were stiff and the pillows were those horrible feather pillows that have no support for your head. Had a noisy neighbor who was blasting music all night and after going to the front desk for checkout, they said they would only do a partial refund. I expected a lot more from Hyatt since I had a buddy who spoke highly of them after he had worked with the company. I'll choose another hotel in the future.

Excellent rooms, service and location. Hotel is very clean and all the staff was extremely nice. Breakfast area was never crowded. Nice quiet area with easy access to the freeway and lots of stores and restaurants.

Was looking for a room that was spacious enough not to feel like just a hotel. I’ve always been satisfied at Hyatts and the rooms are always consistent. Location was convenient but yet away from all the retail traffic. Beds were very comfortable and black out shades were a great help for the morning.

The room was clean and quiet. We stayed there 2 Saturdays in a row for UT Football games and the second time I got the late checkout. It's so worth it! It gives you plenty of time to get up and get breakfast and relax before leaving. My daughter woke up late, and the kitchen was very nice to offer her some yogurt and cereal even though breakfast was officially over. Only about 20 minutes from DKR makes it convenient and away from all the noise. Round rock is very clean such a nice community.
