Good location within walking distance of a lot of core attraction (around 2 miles to many).
Breakfast is worth the charge. Robust if repetative selection.
TONS of eateries around for lunch dinner.
Check in/out is all electronic. There is one person back in a corner closet but they arent set up to babysit you. They do check luggage as needed.
Rooms are tidied up each day regardless of what time you leave.
Airport is about 12 stops direct on the S9.
Rooms are dark, as are the hallways.
Blackout curtains keep the light out, but you get some train noise.
There is a weird black mirror in the rooms that looks like 2 way glass. I did inappropriate things in front of it just in case.
Bathroom door has agressive closing mechanism.
Pricing is perhaps slightly high but not too bad.

An awesome location to explore Berlin from. Very clean and tidy hotel, we felt comfortable during our stay there. Had a small view too, which was awesome! Bathroom ventilation was a small, but manageable, issue. Great to have space for luggage, recommend looking above the smallest size room if staying for more than two nights (we’re so glad we did)!

We stayed at Hotel Zoe by Amano for 6 days, and everything was absolutely perfect.
The rooms, the cleanliness, and the staff were all amazing.
I’d like to give a special thanks to Ivan, who was incredibly hospitable and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.
If we ever come back to Berlin, we’ll definitely stay here again! 🌟

I was very good experience to stay there !
Easy check-in, very clean room and bathroom. Clean bed and soundproof window.
The staff were friendly and highly professional. We were able to leave our luggage for free after check-out to explore Berlin for a few more hours. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

This is a nice hotel, we didn't have any unpleasant surprises. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and no issues with cleanliness. ||The location is really great, you are very close to the main central entertainment districts and train stations. Staff were friendly throughout the stay, would visit again.

Location was perfect. But the rooms were way too small - and even worse, they were terribly dark. We turned on all the lights, turned on the TV, and even opened the wardrobe to let more light into the room - - and it was still dark, gloomy and depressing. Why would you design a hotel his way? At least give your guests a choice - - they can always keep lights off if they want "mood". We also thought the beds were uncomfortable and we couldn't open the window to let in some fresh air. On the positive side, the place was clean, and the bar staff were kind.

Our stay was comfortable - the hotel is located near the city center, a lot of beautiful sights are reachable by walk.
Shops, fast-food points and pub are close enough.
The room is not large, but it's enough for a short stay. The bathroom was comfortable,the only issue was ventilation, so we had to keep the bathroom door open after taking a shower, but it wasn't big deal. Air conditioner is available, which is good for the summer.

Overall the room itself was clean and confy, so our stay was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Zoe by Amano. It has some good points but also some less good points which we found frustrating....||Good:|- Location is great. Really close to Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, transport links etc.|- Breakfast was really nice. Lots of options and everything we had was very tasty.||Not so good:|- Very impersonable. The online check-in & check-out and digital room key seemed a good option but....this meant 1. no one greeted us so it wasn't very welcoming, 2. when we needed to speak to someone we had to go and find then in the office and 3.using the digital room key meant we didn't have a physical key that you still needed for the electric to work. |- Neither bar was open whilst we were there. The roofbar would have been a great spot to enjoy a drink but each time we went up there hoping the bar had opened it was just deserted. |- The pillows were awful..!
