Excellent Service and Atmosphere!

My wife and I recently booked a two-night stay at Hotel & Restaurant Thormählen, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and exhibited excellent customer service. They promptly showed us to our room, which we greatly appreciated.

For dinner, we had made a reservation, and once again, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our meal. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was delightful.

Overall, our stay at Hotel & Restaurant Thormählen exceeded our expectations, thanks to the outstanding service and enjoyable dining experience. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

Great hospitality, bed comfortable but too
much noise from the street. It starts already around 530 in the morning. I would definitely ask for a room at the backside of the hotel. Restaurant is great. We had a lovely steak, fries and Cesar salad. Breakfast: excellent bread.

We stayed one night in the hotel after arriving by boat to Trawemünde late in he night and continued our travel after one night. The Hotel is recently renovated, has really nice interior and location with an own splendid garden. Service was very good indeed, breakfast was served in a nice restaurant with several nice rooms, each of them nicely furnished. Breakfast was excellent, something that you don't get in a bigger hotel, just a family driven hotel can make it so perfect - fresh and first quality. Our room was very comfortable, clean and big. The bathroom was clean and well equipped with everything you need. There are enough parking places in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel with big and clean room, nice terrace with the view to the field and nice breakfast. There is a bug parking place available near the hotel. Also the restaurant provide a good and tasty meals for dinner. Make sure to call them or check the opening times. At Thursday the kitchen opens from 17 till 21. The price is higher than average but the meals are really big and tasty.

We arrived in Travemuende with the ferry from Finland at 9 pm. The driving to the inn took us half an hour. Perfect. Unfortunately it was raining and dark and it was on a Wednesday, so both the reception and the restaurant were closed. No problems, finding the key and that was the check-in. Our room was on the second floor with quite steep steps. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice bathroom. In the morning we had an excellent breakfast in the restaurant, which we now saw for the first time. I can imagine it in operation. Look very nice. Outside there was an terrace overlooking a huge garden with some odd animals. Lamas, ponies and emus. Have not seen that befor in Germany. After the breakfast we were on the road again driving south.

August 2nd 2020 for 1 night. Lovely lovely. I believe it.is refurbished. The washroom is beautiful and clean. The room is wonderful and clean with 2.single beds and 2 sofa beds. It was better than the 4 star hotels we went to in Hamburg and Berlin. The breakfast was nice.

A nice well done makeover since our last visit. Proud owners made their very best to makr our stay perfect. New alpacas in the garden and the Stork fam of four was a delight to see.|The kitchen have a proud chef who composed three top class meal. Dont miss the matjes or the rump steak.|Every table was occupied so do make dinner reservation. |You wont regret your stay if you prefer the familiar tuch.
