We stayed here so that we could attend the Frühlingfest, it was a Very Easy walk to the fest site! Parking is available under the hotel, with an additional public lot across the street. The corner room (#200) was great, a bit small, but perfect for 1 night. The shower pressure was a bit weak, and the water temperature fluctuated a bit. The one very annoying thing, was that the bathroom door would NOT remain open, it would automatically swing shut. We had to put something in front of it to keep it open. This was our first stay at a Motel One, and we will keep it as an option in the future. The breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced, so I would skip it.

We spent a night here after a late evening visit to the Mercedes Benz museum, and this was well located for that. We availed onsite private parking, breezed through a quick check-in (friendly and attentive reception staff) and dropped our bags, relying on the S-bahn to ride to and from the Neckar Park. This was our first stay with a Motel One property - it's like ibis, but a slightly more premium experience overall. The standard double room was comfortable, but a tad small (even relative to ibis). The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the museum in Stuttgart (the only reason we came), and sensibly priced. We skipped breakfast, didn't seem worth the price.

Close to the S route to get you into the centre of Stuttgart. We also walked back to the hotel one evening, a very pleasant 1hr walk through the park. Room was very compact. Bed was comfortable and shower was great, nicely scented hand-wash and shower gels. The room lacked coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast was a standard spread, more than sufficient with fresh pastries. Cost €17 per person per day.

Standard Motel One equipment. It has a perfect location to visit the Wilhelma Botanical Garden + ZOO which is within. The price of breakfast at MO hotels has gone up quite a lot in recent years, and the variety has rather decreased - no mozzarella that I remember from the first years anymore. I'll consider skipping the breakfasts in the future as their competitiveness has decreased. Some annoying issues with the hotel's electronics: a non-working elevator, and my debit card was repetitively refused for payment, I could use my credit card, though. The most annoying thing was that we could not leave the garage as the ramp did not open. Ultimately we could leave only through the parking-house entrance.

Nice modern hotel in an interesting neighborhood. Friendly and helpful reception. Underground parking available, but limited, so come early. Nice clean rooms. Bar always open for drinks. Lots of outdoor seating. Shops, café's, bakery, just around the corner

Modern and clean hotel. Enjoyed our stay in this convenient hotel close to the Mercedes, town and accessible direct to/from the airport. Rooms are abit small but great if you are not spending too long in the room. Breakfast was nice, well stocked. Staff across the hotel were nice and helpful.

I just loved this place! The staff incredibly helpful, patient and smiling (and nice to each other whenever they met on their busy errands). I had complications with my card at the check-in, and they were patiently waiting until all was clear. Breakfast - bread and croissant warm and crisp, smiles and good wishes on the eggs 🙂 My room on the ground floor, no no-nonsense and very clean, had a tiny terrace facing ancient Roman rampart. I unexpectedly had to leave at 3 am and notified the staff I need a sandwich or two for the road, since I paid for breakfast. Instead of a paper bag with sandwiches inside, I had a full blown breakfast just for myself, with coffee machine running, toasted sandwiches and warm croissant cookies, prepared by a genuinly (!!! I kid you not!!!) smiling night receptionist, and the breakfast buffet was almost ready at 3am! And since the receptionist, who was dealing with me patiently and smilingly for over an hour at my check-in, energetically refused a tip, I dared not give a tip to the night receptionist for his genuine kindness, and I could see it was not expected. So - at least by means of this review, I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all the Staff - and the Manager, who had chosen them so well. <3 :-)

Rooms are small but nice, brand new furniture. Definitely too hot in the rooms and lobby. Didn’t have beeakfast, looked ok, maybe a bit overpriced for what I’ve seen in the buffet. |Receptions procedures are the slowest I’ve experienced in ages, really make no sense to lose all that time for stupid and easy stuff.
