Very cozy hotel. Easy to get to, with a bus stop right in front of the door. Ben, the owner, is a friendly and hardworking person. The breakfast is delicious and healthy. I stayed for 6 days. Next time I come to Norderstedt, I will definitely choose Hotel Maromme again.

The furniture is old but well repaired and clean. My room was tidy and my bed was comfortable, the whole hotel smelled good. The breakfast was plentyful, fresh and tasty. Coffe was strong.
And, the staff is very kind.
For me it worth five star.

I had a single room with a single bed. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was situated on the first floor. This was a bit difficult for me as I had a large suitcase and there was no elevator. My room was very comfy though. It was small but nicely done. But again, no space for my large suitcase except in front of the TV. The bed was surprisingly comfortable too. All in all a nice and comfortable hotel. I will stay there again.

We booked this hotel as it had a convenient location between friends / family we were visiting, free parking and good access to the train into Hamburg. Very friendly welcome and good service, rooms are not the most modern but were well equipped and clean. Very good breakfast buffet and coffee machine in foyer for 24/7 drinks.

Pet friendly, polite and helpful staff. Clean and nice building, garden and rooms. ||The front desk gentleman was really helpful with information about the area and everything. ||We had cool temperature in the downstairs rooms and our dogs love it!

The guy from the reception was totally disgusting and giving wrong info. First he said breakfast its only at 7 am and then he said till 9 am but we saw people having breakfast at 10:30 , we asked and he said “ yes its till 11” are u serious? Disgusting service. Creepy guy.
