Schöne große Zimmer, riesiges Bad mit Wanne und Dusche extra, aufwendige Bademäntel und Handtücher, sehr schön und aufwendig möbliert. Die Raumausstattung ist erstklassig gemacht, man sieht keine überpinselten Ecken o.ä.. ä.. Lobby, Bar (Livingroom) und die anderen „Gesellschaftsräume“ sind sehr aufwändig gestaltet, in einer gelungenen Mischung aus Western-Romantik und ländlicher Eleganz. Frühstück war in Ordnung, sehr gut die Cocktails mit intensiven Geschmackserlebnissen.

Das Jerome ist super und man kommt sich vor wie in einem Western und wartet dass John Wayne gleich hereinkommt.Alles ist sehr hochwertige nd sehr amerikanisch eingerichtet, es ist wie in einer Zeitmaschine, aber richtig gut.Insbesondere in der Bar bei einem Whisky fühlt man sich wie ein Cowboy, wobei die Spucknäpfe nur noch Dekoration sind.Tolles Restaurant, gigantische und sehr gemütliche Zimmer-alles High End auf eine sehr charmante Art.Top!

Memorable historic hotel with incredible restaurant scene. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated with a curated selection of antiques and items that make it feel collected and cozy. Very much enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back. The Prospect restaurant hosted a 7 course tasting menu that showcased local fare with a wonderful wine and cocktail selection. Staff are warm and welcoming, from a welcome cocktail at check in to a courtesy car to help with exploring town, wonderful overall. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Hotel Jerome over Thanksgiving week and genuinely enjoyed our time there. The hotel was located in a convenient spot in downtown Aspen, and everything we wanted to check out in town was just a quick walk away. The hotel staff almost always greeted us and checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay. The one thing I did not like was the automatic 22% gratuity added to every dining bill. While I did appreciate that the servers pointed this out to us when providing the check, there was no option to reduce the gratuity percentage to a level we believed to be appropriate based on the level of service received. While we probably would not have adjusted it for most experiences, there were a few occasions where 22% simply was not warranted. The hotel has a fantastic vibe, and it's history is steep. I did feel like some of the common areas could have been cleaned up (dusted, mirrors wiped down, etc.), particularly for an Auberge resort. Let me be clear though, the rooms were very clean and nicely maintained. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

This hotel is beautifully decorated, and every single staff member—from the doorman to the front desk—was incredibly polite, warm, and professional. They always greeted us, whether holding the door open or when we entered or exited the elevator.

The room service was excellent and attentive. They thoughtfully opened and closed the curtains, folded my clothes, and even tidied up my charging cables. The highlight of our stay was the shuttle service to the ski slopes. Although our reserved seats were taken by others who hadn’t made a reservation, the hotel immediately arranged an additional shuttle to accommodate our group.

We booked seven or eight rooms for 3-4 nights, and the experience was outstanding. Both the rooms and the lobby were stunning, with the lobby in particular exuding a festive holiday atmosphere. The hotel’s location is perfect—everything from shopping to dining is within walking distance.

The café and J Bar restaurant on the property served delicious food, and the ski equipment and luggage storage services were incredibly convenient, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
