I do not recommend it at all. I inquired about a late check-out on the day of arrival, and they assured me there would be no problem, even without any additional cost. On the day of departure, in the morning, I asked for a check-out at 2:00 PM, and they said it was fine, with a small fee. To my surprise, when I went to collect my belongings and check out, my card didn't open the room. At the reception, they told me I needed to pay €80 for a new card, claiming they couldn't clean the room because my luggage was inside. €80! And if not paid, I couldn't retrieve my luggage. All handled very poorly. I stayed three nights, and they didn't clean the room any of the days. They showed no concern for cleanliness during my stay, and they didn't refill the shower gel. When I questioned why I was charged for a full night, as it seemed excessive, the reception responded, "Well, we don't charge you for breakfast." A disaster in management, service, and customer treatment. I will never return.

Great place to stay in Marburg. It is not particularly close to downtown but was perfect for me.

My experience in this hotel was fast and cold. Actually say that is it not a good hotel is totally unfair, but did not complied my expectations so far. ||||Location: ||Marburg is a wonderful city with beautiful places, but this hotel is located in a industrialized zone and far from main sites of Marburg, If you are driving it’s not so far, but made me feel isolated from the main attractions of city.||||Room: ||OK is the best word to describe my room, nor small neither big, the room is OK, clean and comfortable to stay couple nights. The bathroom is ok too… yes, everything ok in this room. ||||Breakfast: ||Here is the best point of this hotel, a tasteful breakfast was available with fresh and high quality products. The coffee worth the night, a very tasteful coffee brand.||||Overall: ||One of my main concern about my reviews is be totally fair and even with a weird feeling about my stay I cannot say that this hotel is not good or even commendable. ||Is a very good building, well maintained, modern, comfortable and organized, but something was out. ||||The staff was gentle and the room was fine, but maybe arrive the hotel hungry and face the restaurant closed made me feel lost, since we was not so close to downtown and is was little late and tired (around 19:00). ||||It’s clear that main scope of this hotel is business guest and for sure is a good option if you are there for it, but even for tourist guest it is a very good option. ||||This hotel perfectly comply his scope. I recommend.

Stayed here recently on a solo bicycle tour. Was disappointed that there was no secure place to store my bike and the only bicycle friendly facility was an outdoor bike rack. Given it was raining this wasn't optimal. Disappointing given they advertise themselves as being part of the Bett+Bike group. The room itself was large and modern. The bathroom likewise was clean and very user friendly. It would seem the entire hotel is well set up to cater for anyone disabled. Breakfast was good. However the hotel is a way out of town and stuck in the middle of an industrial park so the surrounding area is not very attractive. You are a 5-10 min walk past warehouses along unlit streets to the nearest restaurants (pizzeria, doner kebab , greek) and train station. The staff could do with smiling too.

This is a great little hotel. Room was small but well designed. Staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast was great. ||So why only 3 stars? The location seemed safe but charmless. This gem of a hotel is set in an area of warehouses and light industry. It is a fine choice||for a one night stop but we wouldn't recommend a long stay.

I been here for a few weeks and found a familiar warm atmosphere. Lovely breakfast in the morning and spacy and comfortable rooms for the night. This hotel is especially designed for disabled persons with large showers and wide doors. Big enough even for wheel chairs.... |Staff is always very friendly and helpful.|I´m looking forward to return to this lovely spot soonest.

Contrary to what the management says in their response to my rating, cancellation is not free at this hotel, like most hotels on booking.com. What they describe as "aggressive behaviour" was only my justifiable objections to the welcome, their attitude and poor service. When I said, the first day, that I would be writing a negative review, the receptionist just shrugged.

As far as how I left the room, we stayed three nights. The room was cleaned after each night. Had I been excessively untidy, there were two opportunities to tell me about it before the final check-out. Nothing was mentioned. Furthermore, if a guest actually does leave a room in such a state that it takes two days to clean, the hotel can claim damages. They did not. Also, I just happened to notice that the hotel was listed as fully booked for the nights following my stay before I checked out, so they clearly did rent out the room.

Stayed here just for one night. Location is not the best and therefore you do need a car to get around. There are buses into the city but a lot more convenient if you have your own vehicle. Don't expect anything special because it is just a one-night place. It's clean and comfortable with friendly staff and an ok breakfast. The receptionist did her best to accommodate us although her English wasn't the best she got by. The room was average but most importantly it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast in the morning was a typical continental breakfast with fresh, local produce. A pleasant stay but not if want you want is luxury or somewhere centrally located.
