Wir verbrachten eine Nacht in diesem Hotel in Victorville und legten hier unseren Zwischenstopp zwischen L.A. und Las Vegas ein. Das Hotel machte einen sehr modernen und aufgeräumten Eindruck. Dieser setzte sich auch in unserem Zimmer in der obersten Etage fort. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und das dazugebuchte Frühstück war für amerikanische Hotels schon sehr gut. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Angestellte die wir beim Check Out antrafen. Sie telefonierte bestimmt 5 min. mit ihrem Privathandy bevor sie Zeit für uns hatte. Eine Vorgesetzte wurde darauf aufmerksam und hat sie dann kurz zurechtgewiesen. Aufgrund des schnellen Check Ins und des ansonsten sehr guten Gesamteindrucks gibt s trotzdem noch 5 Sterne.

The hotel's internet was down, but the staff were intentionally unhelpful with solving their own administrative issue. I did everything they asked me to do, but I was still unable to get my employee checked into their room after hours of working with management on this issue. If I could give negative stars, I would. I will never book with this location ever again. They will never do business with my company again. Rude, condescending, major attitude problems from bottom to top. Corporate needs to fire every last person who works at their front desk (including managers) and start over.

Ok, so Never use your debit card here. They charged my card on check-in $321. I checked in early so I paid the $60 fee which they charged me $110, not sure why. But then the next day they charged my account again for $321 and $110. It declined. They called me while I was sleeping to tell me how the clerk didn't actually charge me and they need another payment for tonight stay. I asked how much and she said $110. Well hold up if it's 2 nights and you charged me $110 for both nights then why are you charging $110(received) $321, and another $110? I called my bank and they said the merchants didn't return any funds nor does it show they initiated a return. My bank account is missing $110 and $321. I can't charge my card again because they litterly emptied out my bank account. So they took my money and I had to check out with no place to stay. I'll never stay here again. I'm a traveling professional and I can't afford for a company to take all of money and then kick me out. I will be warning any professional traveling to the area to beware of this place. It's not worth the hassel. This is the second time they've overcharged me. They also charged an extra night stay when I checked in early the week prior as well. I should've known better, the clerks don't know what they're doing. Use your credit card so you can dispute it easier and yiur money isn't taken from your bank account.

As stated in other reviews, location is great for the person traveling on Hwy 395 or I-15.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The toilet was cramped. The shower is miniscule.

Service is okay.

Great location between two highways. All modernized amenities. Quiet air conditioning and water faucets. No sound from other rooms. Huge pool to chill out in. Laundry and day rooms being upgraded. Meal tickets earned and used through restaurant in building. Full menu and convenience center chargeable to room. Local food Mexican and Sushi Excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway on the way from LA to Las Vegas. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service was friendly and efficient. Only three stars because the rooms are equipped with individual ACs which are incredibly loud which makes it difficult to sleep.

I have stayed in Holiday Inns as a member all across the country and this was by far my worst experience. Jason, at the front desk, when we checked in was awesome. Got us to our room and we were happy until I went to take a shower. The plumbing was so bad that by the time I got out, the tub was half full. The air conditioning in our room was slow to cool the room and couldn’t keep up with the heat. When I explained that my husband couldn’t take a shower, the lady at the front desk this morning was less than concerned about my issue. Not a great experience at all…
