We didn’t have the best experience staying at the Holiday Inn in Murrieta this time around. For one, we stayed a week (Monday through Sunday) and did not receive housekeeping once. On Thursday I witnessed the first housekeeper clean several rooms on our floor, including the rooms on either side of us, but she seemed to skip our room for some reason. I ensured that the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign wasn’t out and went downstairs to inform the employee at the front desk who did apologize for the experience and promised to send someone up. The person never came. At the minimum we would hope to have the trash collected and fresh towels. Majority of the time we called the front desk to request said towels, we didn’t get an answer and more often than not I would go down to get them myself, only there would be no one behind the desk. Even when we checked out there was a sign saying they had stepped away.

I don’t think we will be staying here again in the future, especially since there are other options nearby like the Hampton Inn for instance. But I do hope they improve their service for their future guests.

Love this place. They have a nice breakfast buffet with plenty of choices that change everyday and their rooms are equipped with everything I need and ask for and nice views with the feel of wanting to live there. Last time I was there earlier this year, I stayed in a room directly across from my kids so we could walk back and fourth when visiting and my grandkids loved it! Thank you Holiday Express for coordinating this well for me and my family!?

Great location, kind of a hidden entrance and due to a high school football game it's was a bit crowded driving into the hotel.
Room looked great, very clean, cozy, no balcony, lots of parking, next to a coffee shop, movie theatre, and target. It's new so everything looked good as expected.

Wonderful hotel- they actually gave us enough shampoo, conditioner, and actual water pressure.
We came from the Caesars Palace in Vegas- was a terrible experience over there.

Room was clean and beds are comfortable + great pillows! Have a tweeky back and slept great for both nights ? toilets flush loud so that was a slight inconvenience

We had ants in our room on the 4th floor. Breakfast was lacking 2 out of the 3 days we were here for a soccer tournament. They didn’t have pancakes for two days or even cereal. No milk, or yogurts. I’m a member and I’m annoyed. The staff did not seem to care. Rooms clean and house keep okay.

My stay at this hotel is from 5/5/24 to 5/8/25. My bathroom in room 322 is not flushing, and I called the front desk. They refuse to give us service. Their excuse is that is late. We told them 10:30 am. Came back to sleep at 7 pm and they do not even offer to change the room. The stuff at the front desk is rude. The lady at the front desk got upset last night when I asked for a toiletry item when they advertise a complimentary replacements. I would not recommend this hotel. Gaby

Great place for a weekend getaway. The room was very ample as we had a nice king bed and also a sofa bed, which was pleasant surprise. The room was clean and the restroom was just big enough for our taste. We had no complaints about our room at all. They also had a nice, but small gym, but just enough for me to enjoy a quick workout. They also had a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Their staff was friendly and accommodating. Great place for the price!
