Was disappointed in this Holiday Inn. For a large suite, we had to ask for more towels, bedding for the pull out couch which had none. The girl at the front desk could only find a mattress cover and a fitted sheet. Had to call mgr, then only found a flat sheet - No blanket or comforter. No extras bedding in hotel. She said. Was going to go to Walmart to buy blanket but asked once more and she gave me comforter. Why didn’t she bring it up to room or call the room ? TV channels weren’t working and shower wouldn’t turn on .

worst holiday inn i have ever stayed at. ENTIRE ROOM SMELLED LIKE FART and temp was set to 75 making everything humid. stains on sheets AND on a towel. absolutely disgusting. smelled like someone crapped on the walls and they painted over it. don’t even think about showering because you’re basically being choked by fart steam. my family members room had ants all over the bathroom. housekeeping doors were propped open with rolled towels (assuming someone lost a key and management doesn’t want to rekey OR they’re just lazy). clearly whoever is running this place is incompetent.

Hotel was clean and smelled fine. Room was also clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner didn’t work in room, showed an error code and blowed very slow air. Tried to call front desk to tell them about this issue, no answer.

The location is conveniently located off I-35. When I checked in, the Front Desk staff looked like they were playing a game on their laptop. The only reason I suspected this was the case because I saw a game controller at the desk. Although my preference on my membership was requested to be near an elevator, I was clearly put as far away from the elevator.

On google maps, although it says it has a sauna, it actually doesn't. However, there are pictures that show some room(s) to have a spa in the room. The pool area did not look that great, so I thought better than to go in for a swim that evening. It's a bit disappointing, especially with a franchise name as Holiday Inn to be seen as such.

I tried to stay here two nights ago - the worst HI Express ever! The lady at the desk looked like I was bothering her every time she had to get up to do anything (check me in, redo the room skeys when they didn't work the first time etc). I get to the room and turn on the bathroom light and see the biggest roach I've ever seen. I killed it and then decided to check the bed and sure enough - bed bugs! Disgusting! I checked out and then drove another hour in a rainstorm to get to a Hilton in McKinny. Stay away!

Absolutely horrible. The first room they gave us had mold all over the ceiling. The hotel stunk and was very sticky from humidity. They moved us to another room and it smelled horrible. This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would give this a -10 star if that were an option. They had my name wrong and everything.

This felt more like a 1 star hotel. The room was fine. The lobby, halls, and elevator had a horrible smell. My reward membership gift (usually a bottle of water which I like) was 3 tootsie roll minis!!

Omg….Got in EARLY in morning. Like about 4am.
Bathtub had nasty hair and scum in it. The floors were dirty. The fridge wasn’t cold. The TV didn’t work. Saw some friendly bugs. And the WiFi didn’t work.
We checked out at like 9:30am.
Drove to Pruitt to the Econo Lodge. Better! Yes!
