I am an IHG club member and have always had impeccable service at all of my stays with IHG. However, not so much with this location.

Initially, I arrived and checked in late, around midnight, after a really long day of travel. When I got to my room the key didn’t work, so I had to go back down and get a new key. No big deal, just a slight inconvenience when I was extremely tired.

But then, a fire or carbon monoxide detector started beeping very loudly in my room at 3AM and continued beeping loudly every 30 seconds keeping me awake. Like a low battery beep. I tried calling the front desk, but nobody answered. I had to get up, get dressed and go down to the lobby in the middle of the night to get assistance. Then, it appeared the host was sleeping because I had to sit at the front desk for several minutes, while ringing the bell and shouting hello before she came out to help me. Her only solution was me changing rooms. So, I had to go back to the room, pack up all of my stuff and move to a different room, on a different floor. Because of this, I got very little sleep and found this to be extremely inconvenient. I know it’s not any one person’s fault, though changing the batteries regularly would be good practice, but felt I expected a discount or refund considering the extreme inconvenience and how little sleep I was able to get because of this. This room was about $500 for the night. They said the best they could do was offer me 15K IHG points, which equates to about $75. Super disappointing.

We went to attend a marriage in Dripping Springs at Canyonwood Ridge a Hill Country Wedding Venue in Dripping Springs, TX,
We stayed 2 nights at IHG when we were packing to leave for home suburb in Dallas Tx. We noticed our electronics accessories bag was missing which placed on floor of the wardrobes.
When I complained at front desk the receptionist said she will ask the cleaning lady if she took it. After breakfast I asked the receptionist if she was able to find my bag. No, the the cleaning lady didn’t take it. But she did a heating pad in the wardrobe. Which proves that she must have taken it as the accessories bag was under the heating pad.
The receptionist was rude ask proof that cleaning lady took it.
How stupid can you be to ask for proof, am I going leave video camera to record who comes in my hotel room while at the wedding activities.
Instead of apologizing and asking the value of the lost items.
The value of lost items is over $100. But it takes time to select, order wait, organize in a bag.
If you value you stuff i highly suggest you stay away from this hotel.

The staff here works extremely hard and is so accommodating. We were staying here for my daughter’s destination wedding and we had pretty much the entire hotel filed with our guests. They did everything they could to help the wedding party. From helping arrange the meeting room to accommodate the hair and makeup team, to keeping the pool up and running for the family and friends (and kids!) to enjoy. ||The front desk was always smiling and friendly and made us feel like we were always welcome and at home.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for nearly 3 years, and the hot tub in the pool area has been out of service the entire time. During our most recent trip we sat by the pool for a few minutes. The hot tub is a beautiful shape; it’s long and curved and follows the curvature of the pool. Now it looks like a cesspool. My wife had been looking forward to swimming, but between the unappealing look of the hot tub and the fact that the pool looks uncleaned and filled with dead bugs. We were given one key, and when we requested another the desk clerk said they were running low on keys. I explained we wouldn’t always be together. We were expected to wait in line to have someone walk us up to our room. Our next trip to Dripping Springs we’ll choose a different hotel.

The location was chosen by ourselves so it was good.
Rooms ok. We were expecting more cleanliness, and the outside elevator wasn't clean by every day.
completely overwhelmed when 30 guests have breakfast at the same time. For one night it was ok

Wow. Just wow. I called tonight to check on the availability of two to three rooms for six months. We are looking for a short term place due to a catastrophe at our residence and needing to find a place to live asap. I spoke to the local rep who said I needed to email Kristen. I explained that we need fast and unusual service so a phone call from Kristen would be preferable. To that, the representative said, let me give you her email address. I said, Please have her call me as soon as possible, but I know that it’s Labor Day weekend. The representative said, just email her. At this point, I said please have her call me Unless you are not interested in my business. His response, he hung up on me. I thought, surely we just got Disconnected. So, I called back and said, “hey did we get disconnected or did you hang up on me?” His response, hung up again. Wow, the entitled of our youth. I guess I will take my business elsewhere. Good job!!

This place was a great value for the money. Eric at the front desk is extremely polite, informed and well spoken. I noticed that he also checked in the people in front of us in Spanish. We will be returning to this property.

We stayed here as we were from out of state, and were in a wedding party, local. The place seemed pretty nice and well kept. The vanity mirror did not work, which was a necessity, for obvious reasons. Hard to get beautified if you can't see your face. There was no button on the phone to reach the front desk, so we went down and told the young man at the desk about the mirror light, and the importance of it being functional. He said he would notify maintenance and get it fixed. That never happened, so we had to go someplace else to get ready. Also we had to wear our shoes in there because the tile was really sticky in front of the fridge & coffee maker. We let them know as we checked out, but they didn't seem too interested in making it right with us. This is why I'm leaving a review. We paid over $370 per room for 1 night. DEFINITELY fell very short of great, especially for that amount of money.
