I was in town for work over the weekend and stayed at this hotel. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was a major disappointment. The shower in my first room was in unacceptable condition, so I called the front desk to request cleaning supplies in an attempt to address it myself. Unfortunately, the cleaning products triggered my asthma, and I had to stop. At that point, I requested a room change, as no guest should be expected to clean a room themselves.

When I went to the front desk, Jonathan was reluctant to accommodate my request. He dismissed my concerns, stating, "It’s just rust," and added, "I don’t know that we can give you a new room. I’ll have to ask." Once the room change was finally approved, the second room I was assigned was even worse. The shower was visibly dirty, with grime in the crevices and peeling caulking.

Thankfully, Joey stepped in and completely turned things around. He personally inspected rooms before assigning me a third one and was both apologetic and accommodating throughout the process. His professionalism was appreciated.

While the room itself was spacious and comfortable, the condition of the bathrooms and the hassle of three room changes left a bad impression. Joey’s efforts salvaged the experience, but I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its maintenance and service standards.

I loved this Hotel! The staff was really nice and very talkative. Johnathan was very informative and answered all my questions. The room was perfect and the bed was so very comfortable! I love how much room there was in the room and the bathroom was very spacious as well! I didn't really care for the light shower curtain. I stuck to me when turning on the water. Outside of that, it was perfect!!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

The staff were all great, personable and very helpful.
Everything was clean, from the room to the lobby and the workout room.
I stayed here while I was in town for a family member’s funeral, not the best circumstances, but everyone there was so amazing and the place couldn’t have been better. Everything, and everyone helped to make my stay so much easier.

The smell in the room was overpowering and made me feel really bad as soon as I walked in. It was a bad smell just a cleaner air freshener smell that they use. I kept the door open for an hour and it was better. The bed was soft and the pillows were nice. Very comfortable but there was also an annoying noise that kept me up.

Front desk staff was very professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This is my go to Home away from home because the always maintain a great standard.

Love how big and spacious the rooms are. Love that they offer full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. Then the hand soap as well. Second time staying at this chain of hotels and not been disappointed yet. Highly recommend!

Was a good stay. Very clean and a good location. Cost is about 30 bucks higher per night than the competition but seems worth it. Things were a lot cleaner and better maintained than other hotels in the area that I've stayed at.

Great customer service. Every single one of the employees were friendly, helpful, and demonstrated a genuine interest in our stay experience.

We will stay again even though the room air conditioner units are crazy loud making it hard to sleep.
