Crook! They just want you to come as often as possible so they can bill insurance!! First I was calling to refill my thyroid med, nurse said I need to come in so annual visit to be able to get refill bc they need to do the whole panel annual blood work. Came in today and got charge $85. Was told I’m coming for thyroid check and they bill that separately from annual check up. All other time I went to other doctor and didn’t have to pay thyroid check up separately!
As for my mom. She went to the doctor and asked for refill on her zofran. Doctor said ok will send rx to pharmacy and never did. I had pharmacy request a refill and got denied. Reason is she need to be seen!!!!! And she just did . They just wanted her to come back so they can bill Medicaid another claim!!!!!

Updated from last week! I got a called from a nurse today saying Doctor Tram Ho reviewed my blood work result and stated everything is normal. I told them I reviewed the result sent to me, there were a few blood tests that were higher than the rank! They said will have doctor call me back. Dr Nhi Quang called me back and I had to tell her my result for her to let me know what I needed to do give me recommendations on what to do! Is this office for real? This will be the last time I come here

this doctor and her staff are the least professional people in the healthcare industry in Houston when it comes to appointments and communications with patients. My mom was assigned to this doctor by her medicare and so far this one is the worst. They kept changing appointment time even though it was made a few months in advance then couple days to the new appointment they changed it again. Then when my mom came to the appointment they made her wait for more than an hour to see her. As i sat there waiting with her, i saw people just walking in asking to be seen (of course with NO appointment) and people just came in to tell the front desk they just made appointment the day before and they were seen right away. It looks like this place is an ER rather than an family doctor office and ALL of that is because of GREED. I sat there 2 times to see that most of the patients are elders and their visits last not even 15mins then the patients are being told to come back again in a few days for whatever reasons. The insurance companies should look into this place regarding all the claims and charges this place made to get money from them. WORST DOCTOR AND STAFF.

The doctor nor the receptionist has any respect for their patient and their time.
I made the appointment a month in advance. The day before the appointment, They called and reminded me to show up on the appointment tomorrow. I turned down overtime paid offer so that I can keep my appointment. Prior I also had to cancel/reschedule my other 2 dentist appointments for this dr’s appt. All of that so that 1 hour before my appointment time they call me and said “sorry your appointment is cancelled” because they have so many patients are still waiting in the lobby. After questioning them why they cancelled my visit , not other patients who DO NOT HAVE APPOINTMENTS WITH MY DR. They said because these patients arrived at 7AM and their DR did not show up. Had nothing to do with my DR and my appointment. After giving them a fuss about cancelling my appointment 1hr before the appointment slot. They finally said ok you can come in but “you have to wait okay” (with an attitude). So I have to come in as a walk in even though I have an appointment. They also did not offer another appointment to make up for this cancellation . They were like “sorry you cant come in today and we also don’t have other appointment available anytime soon to make up for this cancellation today. What kind of operation they are running? From the Doctor Who told their assistant to cancel my appointment, to the front desk girl who gives an attitude to patient while their Doctor and their whole business were at fault. I’ve had appointments cancelled before, but none has ever been this rude and last minute like this office. I will not recommend this doctor and this business to anyone that I care about.

The most unorganized & unprofessional staff. Dr. Tram Ho has been my PCP for the last 4 years. I’ve had the same insurance all this time. Every year when I did my annual exam, I was always scheduled the next exam for the following year in the same visit. Starting from this year, the clinic canceled their contract with my insurance. They couldn’t even send out any emails or phone calls to let their patients know about this sudden change. When I came in for my annual exam appointment this year, the check-in staff saw my profile and still didn’t let me know anything about it. Only after I spent an hour for the exams and was ready to check out, they informed me about my insurance not covering the exams anymore and I would have to pay for the full office visit cost - while my annual exam is supposed to be fully covered by the insurance. When I showed my appointment confirmation and addressed that nobody informed me about my insurance issue ahead of time before sending me in for the physical exams, I received no apology and the lady just told the checkout staff to charge me for the full office visit cost and then walked away coldly without even trying to resolve the mistakes caused by their end.

Zero star if i can. This doctor is so bad. Working unprofessionally and iresponsibly. The staffs are not friendly. I took my mom here for check up but it is so terrible. They took my mom’ blood for 3 times for nothing. I had to drive my mom to urgent care for kidney infection while the doctor said that she need the result of blood test from the lab to decice what she need to do. After i bring my mom to urgent care 2 days, she get better. The doctor in that urgent care did not take any blood from my mom. I don’t understand why she can graduate from medical school with that knowlegde. So sad for Vietnamese community in Houston.

I would like to acknowledge My, front desk receptionist, she is one knowledgeable and professional young lady. She is extremely thorough and has great empathy towards her patients. We truly appreciate her help and caring.

Receptionists are very very rude . All they care is money money money.Terrible & rudely placed. Vietnamese have the sentences for them “treo đầu dê bán thịt chó “ means : “hanging a goat's head and selling dog meat”
