I became a patient when my previous PCP joined a concierge practice. I made many calls about 8 years ago to find a doc taking new Medicare patients. I really knew nothing about Dr Ho, just that I could finally get an appointment. So glad I did. He is the most thorough doc I’ve ever had. He takes the time to ask questions and to listen.
I can highly recommend him and his PA Kelcy.

Not sure if he's a good physician or not, but their front office team doesn't seem to be trained very well. I called to become a new patient and they said it would be "sometime later in the year" when they would accept new people and then they asked if my parents were patients. If they were, I could get in faster? Doesn't seem fair to normal people seeking care. Whatever.

I have been a patient of Dr.Ho for over thirty years and I like him!!! To me he is exceptional! When I was recovering from open heart surgery he was by my side each morning while I was in ICU checking on me, whenever I have office visits I never feel rushed,he always contacts me in the evenings after tests to tell me results, even on weekends,
HE CARES, What more can you ask from your Dr.
I was initially concerned when Ruth was no longer on staff, but I need not have worried because Kelci has stepped in and is a keeper, in my opinion.

Dr. Ho became my PCP upon retirement of my former Dr. He was highly recommended by him and two other specialists I have. No wonder, He is the most thorough, informative and kind Dr. He calls with test results and answers any questions that I (you) may have. His staff and PA Lindsey are also superb. It is fortunate to have Dr. Ho as your physician. Sonja is back as office manager so all is excellent again

He is the worst doctor ever. I've gone to him for over ten years. We moved and they refused to help me. He is a fauchi flunky. Plus he pushed the vaccine. I will never forget. He is a terrible doctor.

Sunday am - out of Flouxetene
Monday - called doctor - NO return call
Tues. called again - NO return call
Tuesday evening - called answer service - NO return
Weds. Called answer service - doctor returned with NO answers
Thursday - pharmacist received wrong RX - called doctor
Friday - still NO answer - RX still wrong called again - NO answer
Terrible health care from a doctor I once trusted.

My wife and i have been Dr. ho's patients for the past 18 months. He has provided excellent care involving a variety of issues. Always takes the time to listen and interact. Provides exceptional responses by calling personally with test results, etc. I've received calls in the evening and even one at 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I can't ask for any more.

For years Dr. Ho's office ran like clockwork, not any longer. I was told his shared office doctor, fired the best switchboard operator ever in my existence with doctor's offices. Sonja, a real peach, efficient, fast, caring and a 'people person', and they let her get away, shameful. It is now almost impossible to make an appointment, as I did this morning, after many calls, and waiting on hold for much too long. I will look for another office to visit for my primary care, this is becoming too time consuming and tiresome. Oh, and two visits ago, about a year ago, and we all are use to waiting past our appointment time, I waited in the ante room for 30 minutes past my appointment time, and then waited another HOUR in the examination room to see the doctor. This isn't good practice.
