Wonderful stay at Hilton – highly recommended!

Our stay at the Hilton was excellent and fully lived up to the high standards of the brand. The staff was outstanding — friendly, professional, and attentive at every point: reception, lobby bar, and management. Service was truly exceptional throughout our stay.

Cleanliness was impeccable. Both the rooms and common areas were maintained to a very high standard, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The location is also very convenient, with the Christmas market being about a 40-minute walk away.

We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

I had a truly memorable stay at Hilton Düsseldorf on October 3rd. I want to especially commend Mr. J. Martin and Mr. M. Bricha for their outstanding hospitality.
Mr. Martin welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, acknowledged my Diamond membership, and ensured I received a room I genuinely liked. Mr. Bricha, Front Office Manager, personally checked in to make sure everything was perfect — including preparing an extra bed for my daughter, which added a thoughtful touch.
Their dedication and attention to detail exemplify Hilton’s high standards. I’m grateful for the experience and look forward to returning soon. Location is great, close to the local train station and the Rhein River. Service was great, Rooms have been renovated, but the one I had was really great!

Outstanding hotel, but the star was Daniel, who was behind the bar during our trip. He 100% epitomizes the best that Hilton has to offer. Friendly, patient and incredibly accommodating above and beyond his bartending duties. Hilton should be proud to have him under their employ.

Would not stay here again. Long time Hilton goers, we were upgraded to a junior suite and we were not impressed. It was big with lots of space, but the couch and carpet were super gross. The room was dated and the lighting was poor. Even in the bad lighting, the carpet and couch were gross. There was visible hair, food, debris. The sheets had hair in them. Thankfully, our flight was changed and we were only there a few hours, I would have been changing hotels if we had to be there longer. It’s rare that I leave a bad review, but having a clean space to sleep is a requirement to me for a hotel.

The staff were nice and helpful at checkin and the location is super close to the airport; but that’s it. There was no available parking.

I was not going to particularly recommend this hotel as it’s a simple very basic conference center hotel. Regardless of the infrastructure and services offered, I really want to highlight the professionalism and courtesy of Fadi (assistant manager) and Joy (waitress) at the restaurant. I am very happy to have had dinner at the hotel given their kindness and above average customer service.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Düsseldorf and was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel from the spotless lobby to my pristine room, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of high-quality options like fresh pastries, fruits, eggs cooked to order, and even regional specialties that set a great tone for the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze, and the location right by the Rhine River made it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The modern amenities, including the comfortable beds and speedy Wi-Fi, added to the overall comfort. One note: the underground parking entrance and exit felt a bit dangerous with tight turns and low visibility, so drive carefully if you're using it. Despite that, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay 5🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Worst customer service experience ever.. here is a small example for you:

I had a very important conference at 8 AM and I already left my clothes for laundry the day before and early in the morning.. the next day.. with the hotel room phone not working.. I had to use my phone to call the reservation desk at least 10 times to get the line connected and ask them to bring my clothes from Laundry.. then I was informed that the clothes were never dry cleaned because the laundry company did not show up yesterday (which is something they did not inform me about when they picked up my clothes) .. so I asked them to return my clothes (clean or unclean) but ofcourse after waiting 1 hour nothing happens.. and now I am sitting on the waiting line to have someone respond to me!

What a mess.. this hotel is not recommended for business purposes.. please avoid!!

Also, if you are an english speaker, expect worst customer service and longer waiting time..

I had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Düsseldorf! Mehdi and Amad at the reception were absolutely outstanding, genuinely friendly, attentive, and remarkably professional. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms beautifully designed, and my colleagues and I all shared the same positive impression.
Their thoughtful recommendations and local insights made our evenings in Düsseldorf truly special. Outstanding hospitality from two remarkable gentlemen, we’ll definitely be returning!
