Großer Fernseher. |Im Innenhof um den Pool herum finden wohl öfters sehr lärmintensive Partys statt. Frühstück höchstens Mittelmaß. Schlüsselkarte ging ständig auf Störung.

Last month I received a message from this hotel informing me that due to storm damage my booking had been cancelled. I was excited to visit but I understood as this was completely outside of the hotel's control. However, what is within the hotel's control is their communication and the timeliness in which they handle the refund and so far this has been incredibly inadequate. I've sent three messages, via both Booking.com and direct email, over the past few weeks and am yet to receive a response to any of these or receive my refund. I had to book a replacement hotel a fortnight ago and have been out of pocket since. Either this is not a legitimate business or their customer service is very poor. Either way I would not recommend booking this hotel.
EDIT: Hi Owner, I appreciate you looking into this. However, it's been 36 hours since you're response and still I haven't received the refund nor has anyone simply just replied to one of my original emails. This is quite disappointing. Can someone please write back to one of my emails so that I can have a better idea of what's causing the delay?

Should’ve went with my first instinct when we pulled up to this place but decided to give it anyways since we already had the room reserved. That was for sure a mistake.
Pros:
Customer service. Front desk ladies were awesome.
You can read a book in your room without any lights on because the light coming from the outside is so bright you won’t need an interior light.
Cons:
Like mentioned before the light coming from the outside was so bright couldn’t sleep.
Walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbors especially when you have ones like ours who were up until 3am partying.
Pool seemed nice but was full of drunks. So didn’t want to put ourselves in that situation around that.
Construction going on in the hotel due to the recent hurricane which I know they can’t control. But other areas seemed to be worn by time and not hurricanes. Like the walkway on the 2nd leaning down.

We left a day early since we couldn’t stay here our full stay that we reserved.

All in all I would avoid this place. Pictures look nice. But the follow up is not it. If you are young and into the party vibe then this place is good to go you.

Me & my Husband did a staycation & were not disappointed! Staff and management were great! (Javon, Crosby, Jon)! The rooms were a vibe! Loved everything that we we were offered. Did not know but we were so pleased with the entertainment plus pool party’s. All in all it was a great experience would definitely recommend anyone and we will be back again.

The worst “Hotel” I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not even a hotel.. it’s a dope dealing motel. For starters, online pictures definitely jazzed the place up. As soon as I pulled into the lot the vibes didn’t match the picture. I tried to cancel my reservation but they’re a 0% refund company which forced me to stay to not waste my money.
I was sent to the 3rd floor where the walkway is leaning and uneven. As soon as I got into the room there was a dead roach mushed into the sheet of Bed 1 and blood stains on the sheet in bed 2. The phone also wouldn’t stop ringing no matter how many times you’ve picked up or tried to take it off the hook. The toilet wouldn’t unclog and not to mention the smell of stale cigarettes mixed with air freshener.
The room was so bad they had to give me a room on the 2nd floor but to my luck there were two flying roaches. I opted into sleeping in my car because the room was unfit to sleep in given I was scratching for hours straight.
It was on brand with sleeping in my car because at night the crackheads and dope dealers the rooms were rented too were in the back with shoe boxes going from room to room selling drugs. They were also monitoring guests cars trying to see what they can steal.

Oh… the company is also a thief. I paid to stay for one night but when I checked my bank ledger they charged me 3 different times. When I went to the front desk to question why I was charged so many times the front desk attendant started acting sketchy and nervous. Before she attempted to fix my charge issue she wanted to know who I talked to to find out how I knew I was overcharged. Not to mention she was snorting as if she was sniffing the crack the guests were out selling.
Don’t stay here! Immediate no!?! You’ll be in for a rude awakening and bug bites without your consent.

My partner and I stayed here for the Tripping The Love 25 gathering and WOW did we love it! All of the hotel staff were so accommodating, welcoming, and helpful. That was the weekend in May they lost power, but they did everything they could to run generators for the show and keep us all as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and we made it through the first night with no power. Man that outdoor area was incredible and really gave life to the music and gathering to be had! The manager was such an awesome guy running around making sure things were getting power again and that we were all happy. Which we were! Half way through Saturday all the power came back on and the AC was cold and the water was hot all the rest of our stay! This is one of our new favorite places in Houston and we can’t wait to come back!

They charged me an extra night after I checked out and they refuse to refund me for the night that I did not stay. I've emailed and called. Every single time I call I'm met with a voicemail box and my emails go unanswered. Management is so hard to get ahold of. I checked out at 5am, as I had a 12 hour drive back home and the front desk lady said she wasn't authorized to give refunds, only management. And it seems from the reviews that I'm not the only one that they refused a refund for. I booked through the choice hotel website. I should get a refund for the night I didn't stay, that I had checked out for at 5 in the morning.

I failed to realize this motel was also a big partying place. Every single night of my stay, there was a party from 5pm to 2am. No microwaves or fridges in the rooms, but the room itself was actually pretty clean. However walking on the catwalks to get to the rooms are super dangerous. Rotten spots with holes. I was afraid I was going to fall through and I was on the third floor. Since it's a motel, no elevators to get to the third floor so hope you don't have too much luggage with you when you stay.
I definitely will not be staying here again.
