Sorry aber in jedem anderen kasino in atl city ist es besser

2 sterne nur weil die dame am check in so nett war und sich bemüht hat.

Hotel war OK betten sehr weich

Fazit: Nie mehr Harrahs !!!

I had an amazing experience celebrating my birthday at Harrah’s Atlantic City Hotel and Casino! Every moment was truly enjoyable. The food options were fantastic and the nights at Eden Lounge and The Pool After Dark were so much fun!

My room in the new Waterfront Tower was clean, comfortable, and modern, with great temperature control that made my stay even more pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my visit even more special.

I can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent stay! What a fantastic place. It’s so comfortable and fun. So many staff members smiling and enjoying the ride. Great food everywhere (McCormicks and Coastal Kitchen are amazing!) Happy people all over. Thank you Harrahs for a real good time.

Chill’n The Most

I had to take some time to really think about this review. I stayed in room 5017 and it was a complete disaster. I thought of Caesars Entertainment as more of a luxury brand. This room was on par with bad motel 6 that had not been renovated in a few decades and was not maintained. My rooms had mold, hair in the shower, unknown substance on the bathroom door, rust and empty body wash soap bottle to name a few. My view of Caesars entertainment has forever been changed.

After letting a hotel manager know the condition of my room I went to get breakfast at their Kitchen and Bar. I was seated at a table the employee was actively cleaning. The host sat my menu and silverware on the table before he was finished. He wiped around my menu and walked away. At this point in the stay I just could not bring myself to clean the food off the seat and have breakfast. I left the restaurant and took a taxi to another restaurant for some great local food.

On the plus side I went to Gordon Ramsey Steak and was able to camp out and watch the game. There were very few tables so they did not care because no one was waiting for a table.

I have included photos of my room. I would suggest a different hotel. As this is not just old, but old and disgusting with employees that just don’t care about customer service.

Love this resort, it feels clean and comfortable. Stayed here for 4 nights which was a perfect location to try out the other casinos off the boardwalk. Room was super clean, came with a huge tub (they sell bath bombs in one of the stores) the view was wonderful. Gaming was good here, was able to play for quite a while off a minimum amount which was awesome. There was a lot of security here which was good because there are still pan handlers on this side also. All in all this was a great stay an would recommend if your visiting, using the Jittney was easy as they came every 10 minutes or so and for 3 bucks cash you could be transported to any casino in the area.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and I’m staying in a suite! The room is beautiful but the service here sucks. They do not clean your rooms, the rooms a dusty like no one stays here due to the lack of good service and professionalism. They do not answer their own phones here. You are routed to and extremely rude answering service. If you have any issues you must physically go downstairs to speak to someone because the answering service will not transfer the call. They basically don’t care what your problem is. I’ve spoken to at least 7-10 people on their answering service and they were all rude to me. I called to get my room cleaned and was told they don’t have a time frame for when my room will be cleaned and they just never came. I had to buy my daughter allergy medicine due to the room being so dusty. The fact that you can’t speak to someone that works here at the hotel is crazy to me, but I will never ever come here again!

We went here for our honeymoon and as such it was at a great price. Peaceful quiet and full of action if you're looking for that kind of action. However there needs to be at least two more convenient stores or pharmacy in the resort. There is only one and while convenient there wasn't everything there that you may have needed. There are shows that go on, slot machines for gambling etc. but we were there for the rest and relaxation. There were multiple food outlets in the hotel however we only sampled Bobby's Burger by Bobby Flay, Chicken Guy by Guy Feiry and Buddy's Pizza and Bakery. You can even get food from Gordon Ramsay restaurant but we didn't get a chance to sample. Side note there are no microwaves in this hotel absolutely none. We wanted to warm up some food that we had left over and room service told us this so we pretty much had to buy. What was available. Just in case you are wondering.

Nevertheless it's a simple nice getaway just to be with your significant other for a weekend or so.

The hotel added a pizza/bakery which is nice. The check-in was quick. But the resort fee doesn't include the pool, what does the resort fee cover? McCormick and Schmidt is a good dinner restaurant. Usually see the band at the Eden Lounge but missed it this time.
